Nobody taught me these, but I learnt myself out of my own emotions living 9 years with chronic pain alone, keeping myself at nights

I did this sitting in a car after feeling overwhelmed n a feeling of unsafety. Didnt know this is actually a technique because i had done this n talked to myself that you are safe, you are pretty and you are safe.
So, i think its not just excercise that help us heal from trauma but also how we talk to ourself.

Safety....After my face stabbing my own Father would pick a fight with me, call me racist ( yes im half black ). No one was there for me. I sat and died in my car for 8 months, until I bought my own home, stopped the drinking and drugs.
God it gets good if you are tough enough and make the right moves.
I know the lonliness, the lack of empathy, the expectations, they are crumbling and very defeating .
I hope you all recover and enjoy this life =D

Shaking is important to release trauma. Latent energy is stored in the body from trauma and shaking helps release it. Shaking it good. Well done Sabrion.

this technique makes me laughing a lot! I was waiting an excellent technique from an expert who said he worked 40 years in the field, but finally, all you get is put your hand on your shoulder...funny guy!

Abderrafie, this video is missing a great deal of information about why he used this technique. He cant speak about everything within a video. He is trying to help the client become present in the moment. more and more brain research is showing this is imperative to heal trauma. Dont judge him from this small video.
