Wow, Dan. Those '52 Bowmans are beautiful. Your Louisiana Purchase card is also notable because the Olympic Games were held in St. Louis in 1904. I am prepping a video on the early Olympics in anticipation of the 100-year anniversary of the Paris Olympics. You have a great eye for the history cards! And your baseball cards are always a treat to see. Thanks for showing us your awesome pickups.
So many cards I could comment on here, especially those awesome ‘52 Bowman additions. I think my favorite in this video might be that Vander Meer though, simply FANTASTIC! Love the vintage Star Wars, too. Those last two trade cards were amazing! Great stuff, Dan! 👊😃
Beautiful pickups my friend! I love your mag pro slabs. I have been having really enjoying making labels for mine. I really like that Abe Lincoln. That kangaroo on the back of that card is interesting for sure.
Found you through Blix. New subscriber. I saw that your an Army vet. I serves 1 year in the Army but i retired from the Marines. Thank you brother for your service. Great card pickups.
Beautiful Vander Meer, I love that set and I’m trying to find a nice Bucky Walters from it. The Abe Lincoln is awesome too, one of the greatest Kentuckians in history
Love the pickups, Dan. Great stack of Bowmans and trade cards. Too bad they didn’t mention Dr. Pepper’s debut in the St. Louis World’s Fair card but it was cool to learn that fact. Great looking Vander Meer card and Fain cards. My favorite Clemente and Rizzuto cards there. That ad on the back of that last trade card is wild!
Haha! Yeah that was a crazy ad that wouldn’t be very welcome today. Thanks for checking this one out Hugo and I agree I wish that trade card for the 1904 worlds fair mentioned Dr Pepper. That would have been so cool!!
I think we are all cardaholics in this community! 😂 If that is a light purchase, then I would love to see a large purchase! 😝 I think the image of Tommy Brown in the 52 Bowman is of him standing in a tunnel that leads to the field. Beautiful trade cards that you don’t see anywhere else on RUclips. Awesome Star Wars cards. Who doesn’t love Leia in a bikini? 😜 What year did you say that Star Wars foil card was? Love the 54 Design Chrome cards, especially that Mays in an orange wave. The Mel Ott is a platinum lava refractor.
German cardboard and paper of all kinds. German made cigarette cards, postcards, autographs, photos, ethnic German athletes, flag cards, soldier cards etc. My collection was intended to be a European history paper collection (philosophers, composers, scientists, etc.) but quickly became primarily German. I "super collect" General Erich Ludendorff specifically.

Thanks so much Rob! I’ve also got a 1936 Berlin Olympics trade card
Great pickups, Dan - love the advertisements on those trade cards! I was definitely watching those auctions - glad you snagged them!
Thanks Tom! And also thanks for telling me about those others I’ll be bidding on

Thanks Pal! I’m happy to report that the Vander Meer received the grade of SGC 5. I’ll be showing that off once my order makes it back to LA
Hello, fellow cardoholic.
I enjoyed seeing all the vintage Bowmans. They are truly works of art.
Thanks Gordon I appreciate it!

Thanks!! Yeah the Kangaroo card is odd…and I don’t have the patience to make my own labels so I went with a more generic one.
Awesome card pick up Mr Ol'SargeCollects. Great video and have a good Tuesday to you and ✌️ Mr Ol'SargeCollects.
Thank you Robert! 🫡
Gave a video like. Enjoyed seeing all those pickups! Really cool you are working on the ‘52 Bowman set. Awesome cards, Dan!

All kinds of cool stuff. I loved that Babe Ruth Gold Refractor.
Thanks Brad!! That’s on its way to SGC now
Beautiful Vander Meer, I love that set and I’m trying to find a nice Bucky Walters from it. The Abe Lincoln is awesome too, one of the greatest Kentuckians in history

Love the 54 Design Chrome cards, especially that Mays in an orange wave. The Mel Ott is a platinum lava refractor.
Thanks Ken! The foil Star Wars card is from the 2013 Topps 75th Anniversary Edition. There’s different subjects such as Indiana jones and Mr T.
Great pickups Dan - I especially like your ‘71 Topps Clemente that is coincidentally one half grade higher than John 3D80sKid’s copy 😂
😂 thanks Al!!
Nice pickups! That team issue vandermeer is really cool.
Thanks Mark! I think it’s even cooler because it’s the card right after he threw both no-hitters and it even mentions it on the back.
One of my pickups was the Allen & Ginter St. Louis card. Thank you again for the awesome card
You are very welcome!! 🫡
Real nice pickups. Cheers
Thanks 🫡
Great cards Dan, congrats
I appreciate it Orlando 🫡
Nice 52 Bowman’s!
Thanks Alan!!
Cool haul. I am also looking for some stars and stripes patriotic stuff at the moment. Most of my collection is German stuff tho
What kind of German stuff?? I like German trade cards also.

@@baldurathustrayggdrasil2420 gotcha! I have only a few German cards in my collection to represent my time living in Germany
This is slowed down?!?!? Haha just kidding buddy. Amazing pickups!
Well Joe I am a Cardaholic 🤷♂️
Yeah, that advertising acronym didn't age well for Kangaroo
Ha! Yeah not a good look lol
