Pickups for May 2024. And Some bits for my birthday too. Lots of lovely pc games and even Cuphead / Cup Head on Nintendo Switch plus PS4 gets from a local charity shop.

Nice and eclectic pickups here mate. The retro PC thing is suddenly piquing my interest! Fair play to Gibb sorting you out with all those Wii U games too. 👍

That Civ 2 box is sexy! You might need a patch or throw it at DOS box to get it to run on your laptop but you’re an expert at that now! No Mans Sky is apparently ten times bigger than it was before with regards to features, some people are saying they really should start charging DLC as they have gone above and beyond making up for the launch issues. Wow those are some great Wii U games!

That PC purchase, haha the type of thing I would do and then hate myself when I realise I just bought more worthless junk and have to suffer the moaning from the missus for no good reason😂
That Baulders Gate looks lovely in physical, I confess I bought it digitally on release but barely played it, forgot to save one night and after a 3 hour sesh died randomly and couldn't be bothered doing that part again. And this is why I hate buying digital.

@@8BitBoyUK ouch! I did similar with FF7, got beat the end and was looking forward to finally finishing the game, when my Joytech memory card became corrupted.
I never used a third party memory card again, neither did I ever play another Final Fantasy 😆 yep, that hurt!!!
99% sure that's the outrun tune on the end 😂 im gutted I missed on the cuphead collectors edition ol buddy. I really liked expendables 1, 2 was outstanding 😃 3 was good, I aint seen 4 yet but heard it aint the best. Lol what did your boy think of Austin powers 🤣
Thanks buddy yeah I did enjoy all of the expendable films the first and second were easily the best for me. Not watched Austin Powers just yet but they will certainly be going on.
