The 1888 Kinney Tobacco Military Set
Really enjoyed your video,Dan. Beautiful cards. Great combinations. Well done!
I believe the Elmer Valo card photo was taken in Milwaukee County Stadium. It had red painted railings.
Good eye there Dan! It's been a fun series buddy, I'm enjoying it. I enjoy seeing any old style relics of the dugouts, stands and ballparks. I need to start adding some Tiger/Briggs Stadium memorabilia or swag to my card room.
Great detective work on linking those first two vintage Feller cards together, and you know I love your eye in linking that modern SC Refractor in to complete the trio. 🤩 Always loved that 57 Valo card, too! Ditto with the Aaron. Bat rack cards RULE!
Absolutely LOVED hearing this story, Dan. How incredible to see someone from your family dominate from the mound like that, and then the dinner afterwards to put it over the top. Those cards are absolutely priceless as something tangible to remind you of that evening. Loved this VR, great job for Brent 👊
Great series Dan. I love the connections you’re making on these cards. On a side note. 2020 Stadium Club Chrome is one of the greatest ultra modern sets out there.
Awesome catches, Dan! Those are awesome cards. I love Feller, and like so many of the players from the 40s and early 50s, I don't have a playing days cards of his. I need to pick one up! I have a few Aaron's, but who doesn't want more!😂😂 Great catch on the bat rack, too! I don't have a theory behind it. I just know they are all amazing cards. Thanks for sharing!
Great images and it’s fun when you find these similar images on different cards. Love that 56 Topps Feller. One of my favorites. Thank you for sharing.
Sometimes I feel like you're pandering to me, Dan. 🤣
Hey Dan! Hope you are well. I find the backgrounds of cards very interesting. Specifically, figuring out who is in the background of the 1956 cards are a lot of fun.
Nice looking Hank Aaron. Nice catch on the image
Nice slabs with similar images!
Love the connection you made with Feller and Aaron cards. Really cool and I love that hat, I have the same one and it is one of my favorites.
Cool combos Dan. Never noticed same Feller image on the 54 & 56 cards. That definitely looks like the same bat rack
Good catch on the matching photos, Dan! This is fun to do and right up my alley. If I was to guess where Valo and Aaron were, I’d guess Shibe Park in Philly. They had bat racks like that and Valo’s jersey says Phillies which means they were at home and not away. Great video!
Feller is such a great image maker, especially the big high leg kick! My fave pitcher pose. And the Elmer/Hank image I had never put together! So cool! Love this ep. 💯
Love that '65 Uecker! Such a great image, and a beautiful copy there! And yeah, what an appropriate back. Excellent stuff, Dan!
That's so cool! Great finds and great connection made Sarge!
Cool cards, I learned something new. Great images and episode.
Vintage and modern! Love it dude!! Beautiful stuff 🤛🏻
Awesome video Mr Ol'SargeCollects and some nice cards. That is a trip how Topps did that. Have a good one and until your next video ✌️ Mr Ol'SargeCollects.
Great memories Dan! Fun being able to sit down with players after a game. Nice VR
Oh it was the best experience as a kid!! Thanks Scott
Great VR! What an awesome ballpark memory. Being that close to all those players had to be something else! Thanks for sharing Dan.
Joe that time of my life was just so cool. I often look back on it with such fondness. Thanks for watching Buddy!
Good memories!
Thanks Dustin!!
Great VR for Brent! Just an awesome experience
Thanks Buddy!
WOW, WHAT A GREAT STORY AND EXPERIENCE!
Thanks Mikey!
What an amazing story!!!
Thanks my friend!!
That would've been so unreal. Great story Dan. And what a handsome shirt. 😉
I can tell you where to find a shirt like this one. The guy who made it is awesome!!
Dan! Thank you so much for this buddy. AMAZING memories you have and you were so blessed to have such awesome experiences. I really appreciate you sharing this one! 🤛🏻❤️ LOVE the hat and shirt!
Huge congratulations for 400 subs and I’m pretty sure you’ll be hitting 500 soon! It was my pleasure taking a trip down memory lane lol
Wow! That one is hard to beat Dan haha... My memories are more like heckling Todd Linden and him immediately hitting a home run and almost losing my right eyeball to a Dmitri Young foul ball as somebody passed in front of me while I leaned over trying not to miss a play! Nah, I had some good ones as well including being in Section 140, row 5, seat 1 on the 3rd base line for the Magglio walk-off in the 2006 NLDS. I'd say that was a good time. I was the loudest person in the stadium that day and I guarantee you Jeremy Bonderman and Craig Monroe remember me! Monroe dove in the outfield to make a catch, rolled out from it and pointed right to us after the play. The crowd went silent after the Tigers lost the lead so I started chanting Bon-do, and Bonderman was feeding off of it. It was a fair weather crowd but we got the place rowdy. Great story Dan, that is amazing! So cool you had the courage to ask them all for autographs, I think I would have chickened out!
Sounds like you have a great memory in there! You should share it
@@OlSargeCollects I have quite a few good ones over the years, some BK and HK as well but that ALDS was wild! Nah, anybody who would care to hear my stories will see it here, or not haha. If I could find some footage of us or even audio maybe I would make a video. I just have the ticket stub and memory. People did start repeating me though and our whole section went rowdy the rest of the way and never let up support after that. Vocal on every pitch. But that's how you support your team, you can't get quiet when your club is down! Your memory was awesome Dan, thanks for posting!
Fantastic video and I love the Astros shirt of the juice box, I mean the ice box now. Awesome story of that game and then going to meet/eat with all of those legends. Thanks for sharing the cards too.
Haha yeah the Ice Box! I still can’t believe the name change. Glad you enjoyed my trip down memory lane
Awesome memories!
Thanks 🫡

Save your money and get the DiMaggio
Cool idea for a series!
Great stuff Dan! He was a national treasure. We were lucky to have him in baseball all those years.
Awesome collection bro 👌 Goodluck in 2025!
very cool
I’ve looked at that 1965 card a few times, and would love to find one as beautiful as that copy. Great tribute, Dan. 👊
excellent video Dan! great catch on the term of service for Uecker. i will forever hear his voice in my head on those pitches that fall "just a bit outside." thanks for sharing!
Thanks for these thoughts, Dan. I think we ought to rename the Mendoza line to the Uecker line, since he had a lifetime major league average of exactly .200. Take care.
Nice shout-out to a baseball icon, Dan. RIP Bob Uecker...
Very nice tribute. Always liked Uecker.
Shame that he died. RIP.
RIP Mr Uecker
Like #7! R.I.P. "Mr. Baseball" Love the 65' Topps Uek, probably my favorite of his. Possibly could even be in my top favorite cards as far as look goes. Love the 65' design, one of my favs as well. enjoyed the watch, great tribute and thanks for sharing 👍👍 until next time, have an awesome evening Dan ✌
Nice 👍 🎉
