Man, way to go for the jugular on all three of your points and thanks for the acknowledgment you gave to treatment-free beekeepers. If I could add a fourth, I would also say that the use of queen excluders and centrifugal extractors makes it nearly impossible for there to be any pollen or beebread in most conventionally produced honey products. Loved the content and super glad to see that the love bite you got from the swarm the other day seems to be healing fairly quickly. P.S. That honey be lookin thicccccccccccccc!

Heating up raw honey will change the honey, and weaken or destroy enzymes, vitamins, minerals, etc
