    Thank you coach napaka laking tulong nito, Sa lahat ng nabanggit from 1-11, Nasa dalawa lang talaga ako, Minsan puyat at sa alak talaga coach, Iwas po ako sa beer! HARD liquor po talaga ako gaya ng GIN. Nag start ako 6 months ago na mag calorie deficit, nag work talaga siya lalo na't sinabayan ko ng cardio exercise at lifting weights. Tapos natigil ako sa Cardio 2 months ago, di na ako makapag jogging dahil sa panahon ngayon at nag rice ako ng 1 month, lumaki tiyan ko pero same padin naman timbang ko coach bakit kaya ganun? Haha, So Tinigil ko ulit mag rice almost 1 month na din ulit pero mahirap mag bawas ng timbang kasi walang cardio exercise hehe, lifting weights nalang kasi ako ngayon at calorie deficit talaga, Thank you sa mga advice coach at pag bubutihin ko pa.

    Sabi yung chewing gum napapa loose weight?? da kasi yung mint sa chewing gum nagkakaroon ng lowr cravings sa food... At pinabibilis yung grind ng food sa stomach kasi nagsesend ng message si brain sa stomach na dalian yung pagtunaw ng pagkain kasi si mouth meron naman chino chew...

    Coach ano maganda gawin ayuko po pumayat pero ayuko dun tumaba sobra yung tyan diko alam gagawin coach nagwowork out ako almost 4 months na at galing ako sa skinny fat medyo nag gain nadin ako muscle pero yung belly fat mejo malaki padin wala ako alam kung ano gagawin ko

    ako sir pang nightshift so if i try to workout aftershift since pang 8-5 natigil ung 30 mins routine and somedays late ung pagtulog so maytime sobra nababwi sa binge eating kaya di pumapayat

    hindi lang po puyat, wala na halos naitutulog sa gabi😶 nagiging umaga hanggang hapon na ang tulog😓 sana maibalik ko na tamang oras ng tulog ko.. all in all naman po nasusunod ko naman ibang tips ninyo.. God bless po!

    Thanks coach.. me tanong ako how to count calories for complex foods. Example ulam ko is chicken curry. Kailangan ko pa ba i log isa isa ung coconut milk, potatoes, chicken meat at iba pang ingredients ng chicken curry or counted as one nalang siya? 😅 Like dun sa binanggit mo pag nag prito po ba ako ng itlog scrambled isasali ko pa rin ba pag count ung olive oil saka onions?     Hndi na ako naka calorie deficit 😫 buti nlng nag upload na naman si coach another content kahit pa ulit2 na binanggit CALORIE DEFICT. D pa rin nagsawa! Kaya thank you coach!
    I’ve been active in workouts and bodyweights without tracking my calories intake. Estimated i think 4-5k kcal per day.
    Nag buburn pa rin ba fats and nagfoform muscles kahit di consistent ung calories intake? Ung goal ko po kasi 2000 cal lang. tapos mag 2months na ako di nagkaka count. Everyday workout. Once or twice a week lang restday ko.. 😅😅😅😅
