Ferrari has just gone full offense against their competition, and by full offense I mean, poaching employees, designers and even copying certain upgrade parts to make sure the next era of Ferrari dominance is right around the corner. And these hires and upgrades are primarily hurting Mercedes and Red Bull who are losing employees to the Prancing Horses.

I know the top four execs pay doesn’t count towards it but considering that they will have had to be very generous to buy these new guys from their current team, they might have to make cuts elsewhere.

The biggest challenge for Ferrari is its own ego. Schumacher was able to quash the ego, but only after a few seasons with the Scuderia. No one else has done so since. Can the 2025 cast of all stars do it? Or will they simply be another group of Ferrari puppets? Only time will tell.

When you talk about the side pods or any other design on the car that's going to change you should show it as a picture - especially pointing out the changes. I loved the video but this is just my feedback. F1 is all about minute details, you should also pinpoint those details right?

I don't think any Mercedes staff could benefit Ferrari's chances of being top team in the next 2 years, going on how they have been performing over the last 2 years, why do you think Lewis has decided to go. The days of Mercedes leading have long gone. I don't think Hamilton will win anything for Ferrari as they are just not competitive enough and Hamilton has had his day and is Finnished in my opinion. He's too distracted with street cred and fashion and music to be taken seriously as a top driver these days.
