    I enjoy all your tutorials 😊 thank you! Quick question… can you choose your mockup model to model your merchandise or it’s given auto?

      @PrintfulCustomPrinting  8 месяцев назад +1

      Hi! The models may vary for different products but there is a selection to choose from when pushing the product to the store. 😊

    Excellent video friend.
    I just started and I have a doubt. Which platform do I receive money from sales on Printful’s? By Printful itself or another means? I couldn't find how to receive money from sales on Printful

      Hi! You collect your customers' purchases through your store’s payment provider.

    I do not have options to change the positioning of my design. It only allows me to edit the front middle and front left of the shirt.

    I have a bit of an odd question. When I place a design on a shirt and then go to the position tab to align the design to the left, does the design print on the left side of the shirt or is it mirrored and would print on the right?

      @PrintfulCustomPrinting  Год назад +2

      Hey! Your designs will be printed according to your placement in the Design Maker. So if you place your design on the left side, it will be printed on the left side. 😊

    Is there a way to download the graphics to use on other products that printful don't carry?

      Hi! You can download design files from your File library in the Design Maker.

    I have uploaded my own images on printful but when I try to place it on a product like tennis shoes for example, a pop up warns me that the file is too small. I am not sure how to resize the image, is there a way that printful could resize it automatically? Thanks!!

    • @PrintfulCustomPrinting
      @PrintfulCustomPrinting  11 месяцев назад +1

      Hey! We have a Smart Image Tool available in our Design Maker, that will automatically resize any images that are too small with DPI too low. However, if the error still occurs even after the image has been resized by our tool, then you'll have to create the file again in a software you use for design creation. We have File guidelines available for each product that you can download and create your designs in the necessary size. 🙂

    After I uploaded an image to a laptop sleeve, the product was too zoomed in and I couldn't see the full print area for the laptop sleeve, and I couldn't find any way to zoom out or move the picture around. It's cut off by a bar at the bottom that says "Laptop sleeve - save to template." Well, I am not ready to save it to template because I don't have it positioned correctly, and I can't position it correctly because I can't see the whole thing. That bar is in the way and the picture needs to be zoomed out. I don't see any scroll bar on the side to let me move up and down on the image either.
    Printify gives you a little hand icon that you can click on to move it around and a little bar at the bottom that lets you adjust the size of the print area picture so you can see it closer-up or farther away. I'm not trying to be rude by mentioning your competition; I'm just pointing out areas where you could make this more user-friendly. I have created most of my products with Printify for the sole reason that I find their designer easier to use. But you have some products that they don't, and you also show sellers' reviews of your products, which I like and Printify doesn't have, so that's why I want to use you as well.
    Another thing their designing page has that yours apparently doesn't is a little button on the left that says Library, so I can access any of the images I've uploaded at any time. The option to upload another image after adding the first has apparently disappeared as well - another thing that is different from Printify. I'm sure I'll get the hang of this eventually, but in the meantime, I'm creating more products with Printify, because I don't have to spend a ton of time trying to figure it out. In the short term, I'm scrapping my laptop sleeve product with Printful. So far I've created over 400 products with Printify and a total of 2 with Printful because of the designer-friendliness issue. Just saying. Please share this feedback with your team.

      Thanks for pointing this out! When uploading a design, it can be moved around by clicking on it in the uploaded print area or by scrolling down using the roll down option on the mouse or laptop pad, there will be a hand option to move the design around, as well as a tool to rescale the print file. 🙂 Regarding file library, you can access it by clicking on "Uploads" in the design maker or create your custom library by using the "Save Design" tool that'll keep your selected designs in one place, allowing them to be quickly accessible with no necessity to enter the whole file library.

    Why can't you enter design element size, rotation and position manually like in printify? It make duplication products much easier when needed. If my design element needs to be 7.95 using the slider is extremely difficult and tedious.

    Hi guys
    I have designs that I want to print in multiple colourways. I.e black tee with white print, and white tee with black print. I want to ensure that the design is the same size, but also in the same place, as the design in question has a pocket print on the left side on the chest. Is there an easy way to duplicate designs across different colours?
    Getting the size the same is not a problem and printing on different colour garments when the print colour doesn't change is easy enough. But at the moment I have to completely re-design the product each time the print colour changes and lining the design up by eye is less than ideal.

    Do you have to make a template for every product you want to sell in your store?

    • @PrintfulCustomPrinting
      @PrintfulCustomPrinting  Год назад

      You don't have to, but it's recommend. You can push products to your store directly from the Product Catalog, but you can also create Product templates and push your templates to the store. 🙂
