Imagine if youre commanding one of those smaller ships. You have fought large fleets and think that you may can handle THE CUBE. Then you realise that it isn't a tanker and it shoots so much ammunition at you that you could build your ship out of it.
At first i though that Varyag surviving a few volleys impressive, then i noticed that first one created so much debris it effectively shielded it from consecutive ones
The only weapon that fires enough mass that the projectile literally outweighs the enemy ships it’s targeting. It’s like firing a railgun at a mouse at point blank range.
Unfortunately your crew members put the Trauma in Barotrauma. I love it but will you please fucking stop wrecking the reactor I designed to make sure this ship is in full power at all times?!?!?!??!?! what's funny is a courageous alone is more maneuverable than a modern jet fighter, which means even the sevasto is about 8 times faster than the USS Iowa. edit. which means that this would be impossible to shoot down even if bullets moved at the speed of light, with current aiming tech, it's simply not possible to shoot them down without being able to know their exact flight path even a second in advance
Do you know how butt clenchingly horrifying it would be to see this giant fucking block of flying metal go over your shitty little desert village, only to make a noise that sounds like god sneezing as almost a hundred 180mm projectiles obliterate a ship?
Additionally, with the ones I'm using (I forget what they're called), you can fit a total of 8 cannon barrels into the same amount of space that a single 6-barrelled squall takes up.
@@CrimsonGamer99 6-barrel shoots way faster. I did some messing around a month ago. 4 SARMATs have more burst damage but are much slower to shoot. Squall on the other hand can fire much faster and more-or-less has a 7 round burst, along with that fire rate allowing you to adjust your aim easier. Squall also has a smaller ammo footprint in that regard.

The Cube is completely unviable for the campaign but it's pretty fun in the sandbox mode.

They don't fit on anything smaller than a large hull piece, and using them would dramatically increase hull mass, requiring much more engines.
