Your presentation was nice and clear....but it was like a block diagram...some components seem missing, like cup filling machine, batch coding etc
I have tried to cover everything, sorry for some some weakness, we shall remake this on actual plant, than it would be better. Our price is 850000 +GST for 500 liter plant it would consist of all the machinery and 100 liter per hour CF

very nice video. It is my hobby to make hand made kulfi iecream and sale among near relatives and friends. I reduce full cream milk 50% add some milk powder to increase density, cool it and add dry fruit or fresh fruit in the milk and put into small container of 250 gms. and sell it. My problem is after putting into deep fridge it becomes hard like stone and takes about 2 hours to get loose. what is the process that my kulfi remain little soft in deep fridge. I wants to start this Rabdi type ice cream professionaly. without adding AIR.
Add stabilizer like guar gum. Use ice cream churner. You can visit us with your ice cream base. We shall give you demo
