My 450 is a 2006 and it doesn’t have an inline fuel filter like yours does. That must be the year they changed that.

"go ahead and..." It's a real tic you've got there, bud. Thanks for the video though!

I just got a quote for 750 to replace mine. They said 3 1/2 hours to replace it.

Got a 2010 Sportsman that has a hard time starting. Sounds like fuel isn’t getting to the engine. Thinking I need a new pump/lines.

Have you taken the line to the motor off and seen if any fuel is pumping out?

@@AthenasGarageOffical not yet. Haven’t done much of anything. Just noticed it cranks and cranks. If I let it sit for 2 hours, it will then start up. Making me think the fuel has finally made its way to the motor.

Yea I'd definitely check the pump and see if it's pumping if not then try replacing it.

Make sure if you have a filter it's not clogged or any of the lines are clogged

Where did the P line connect to? I assume the fitting on the front of the carb? (Closest to engine)

I'm not sure what you mean by P line. It's been while since I made this so if I said that I'm not sure what i was referencing

The fuel pump on the polaris, the "in" is from the fuel tank, the "out" goes to the back side fitting on the carb next closest to the air box and the "p" i assume stands for prime or pulse....im not sure where it connects to? I assume the fitting on the front side of the carb...?

Yes sorry it's prime and yes it's on the carb

There’s a connection on the outlet side of the carb that you hook the pulse line to. It gets suction and pressure from the piston movement to drive the fuel pump.
