    Absolutely brilliant!
    Love seeing how just the change in material has opened everything up for you.
    When somethings easy enough to work with, the creativity follows!
    Use the Difuser off the SVX (if you still have it) on this, would look KILLER!

    Looks great planning on going widebody on my del sol I recently picked up a rocket bunny spoiler or maybe a replica I want to try to replicate it so I can make more for other people since alot of del sol owners want them

      I think it's a Subaru Brumby aka BRAT I used to see 1 when I was around 7 in a shed with fog lights on 4X4 style bars. Parents XE 351C was a REAL ute to me tho.

    Definitely the coolest looking Brat I've ever seen. I might add a body line in front of the rear wheel so it matches the bottom of the front fender behind the front wheel? But I'm loving it so far! Great work.

    Hey since your going to have to do this all again on other side I have a suggestion. Maybe use dissection pins or straight pins to hold your foam panels together as you glue them. You always need three hands to do that stuff. Looks great .

    I love that you did it like this and not the messy expanding foam i've seen everyone else do. This seems so much more simple and much less messy. So Foam, hot glue gun and you're set?

    This has been a brilliant series for people interested in styling.
    I've always been more of a exterior styling man than big BHP. On RUclips it's difficult to find anyone doing this sort of thing and doing it well...
    With the discovery of the foam, what about a revisit to the Duck tail spoiler for the SVX?
    I've a unusual Saloon car myself and I'd like to see an example of making a duck tail using that foam.
    Your Duck tail video was how I originally discovered your channel.

    Make a hot wire foam cutter. Super easy diy to make your foam work easier. It’s a crafting trick. Keep up the great content. Cheers!!!

    I'm building a 1:24 scale model widebody brat, kinda looks the same but I did a custom front and rear end too, and a rear window spoiler with a 2001 WRX engine and drivetrain and a 98 WRX rhd dash 👌🏻👌🏻

    What did you do to make sure both sides are as close to matching as they can be? Any time I try to do wide body stuff from scratch I always end up with one side noticeably different.

    The seam of where the two bits meet is in line with the swage but not the actual corner, when it’s glassed will it not look odd?

      Stephen Lovell that’s going to be amended with filler once the glass is down and cured.
      It’ll only be a small amount to get it right.

    I'm doing a American GMC vandura full size high-top conversion van trailer to match my savana hightop conversion van .. your videos on your pickup truck have given me so many better ideas of how to do it and save time .. its looking crazy great.. world events has me on hold.     Just came across your channel and this is just awesome! One suggestion if I may? Love the rear but I think the section after the wheel arch needs to be kicked out at the bottom too (following the same curvature from before the wheel arch).

    streach your material over whole fender and fibreglass the whole fender

    Really looking forward to the next video when you start glassing the foam. I've just bought some foam sheet and some GRP filler primer to coat it with. But by the sounds of it, there will be a lot of sanding so interested to see if your technique is easier! Good luck, have a great Christmas and get out in the garage!!!

    Adding that rear fender is bringing it altogether now and it's looking really good buddy. Will you be adding anything to the door or are you leaving it standard?

      I don't think i'll be doing anything with the door. I'm going to add a side skirt to fill out the bottom a little more though.

      @@BuildCreate thanks man will do we have another one that we might try doing the carbon skin on Aswell as the wings do like to rot out 🤣 I love the Subaru stuff though man I remember watching you do the ducktail on your svx a few years ago when I had my e430 tried the same method only I think you were far more successful 😂 it's Ironic I love subies but drive a Merc yet have the legends "if in doubt flat out" tattoo'd across my forearm but any Great work with both the Svx and the Brat both such rare cars to see nowadays especially a Svx anyway keep it up man 😃
