please show how to do the wrist movement. my friend and I are trying to learn this but we cant get the wrist movement

Lead with the elbow and the wrist will follow.

we're having trouble with the movement from behind our backs to the front of us. we're so confused on how your arm and wrist is moving in order to smoothly transfer from the back to front

@@jxssh Try this... Hold the rifle behind your back with the sling parallel to the ground. Move your elbow forward in front of your body. Your wrist will tense and feel like its overextending, but this is good. The rifle barrel will want to curve in front of your body. Let it. As it does so, move your hand in front of your abs to alleviate the tension. You'll be in a natural position to unwind from here, completing the drag.
