I have PTSD that becomes completely disabling for me for long periods of my life. Your videos have been a great help to me for years, particularly late at night when i can't think straight with anxiety.

There are several amazing Reiki ASMRtists who are certified Reiki practitioners. Check out Lune Innate, Reiki with Anna, Tip of the Moon, The Angelic Alchemist, and Whispers of the Wolf. I know there are more but these ladies are my personal favorites.

Hi Sophie Michelle. This was a great video and quite timely for me. I love the analogy of the emotions building one tiny matchstick at a time, what a unique concept. Also love the thought of no inherently evil or good, every action and thought is a choice. And the concept of thinking through the most recent brick at the top of the wall, what can I learn so I can move the brick to the side…that was quite helpful. Your gentle whispers, hand movements and supportive conversation all combine to make a truly awesome video. Thank you.
