Not all people are suited to inner city living (as evidenced by many subjective comments). This might appeal to young upwardly mobile professionals. Do these compose a piece of your target audience? Personally I love watching videos of all aspects of life/living the good the bad and the ugly. 😊

＞ 街頭街尾有塗鴉。
＞ 鄰居花園冇小飾物冇小擺設。
＞ 附近有地方落腳畀人打躉嬉戲。
＞ 附近有公眾廁所。
＞ 附近有酒吧。
遇到以上情況，最好不要考慮。否則你間屋豪裝十房都冇用，住咗入去都唔敢出街。

附近有餐館仲驚有老鼠，夜半take away門口或有人聚集會噪
另外，香港人500K買間屋就可能30K買架車，架Mercedes Benz又要驚比人攪
新樓有啲嘢唔包，例如地墊，焗爐，沖涼位加磚上舖頂，有需要要比錢upgrade
