Just completed my install on our new 2016 Coupe, and it sounds marvelous. I did the install myself, took me 6 hours. The hardest part was removing the rear fascia, just really tight area to pop all the tabs. Everything else was slow and steady, and the video was fantastic to use. Highly recommend a second set of hands.
+Juan Pablo - Yes, had both wheels up on blocks. Worth all the work, it sounds fantastic. And another note for any DIYers, before you do the final tighten of the tips, check their position, making sure they're set right. (centered)
If you unplug your NPP (rear valves) yes. Our exhaust doesn't have Tip valves so you get that performance all the time without the drone that you'll get with your factory
Install is pretty easy we have detailed instructions and a video available. Check out some of our partners here and look for the Install designation www.corsaperformance.com/pages/store-locator
You'll notice if you remove the 42 fuse they claim the exhaust valve stays open.. It still varies depending on what gear your in.. If you want your exhaust loud unplug the rear exhaust plugs. The valve will remain open always... FYI

Did you jack up both rear wheels or just one side?

Damn you did this in your driveway?? I'm hella impressed if you did
@@rojacob9532 In my garage :-)
wow so much work :\
After this video I want to keep my factory exhaust sys
It isn't that tough of an installation after you've done a few. We can do it in 30 minutes or less at an outdoor show.
Lol
Do you know the size or length of the cutting templetes to mark the cut line ? I don’t get this cutting templetes.

If you unplug the non afm plugs (rear of Muffler) will the valves stay open?

I have corsa mufflers but i don’t want to cut my OEM axle pipe, do you sell it?
Yes, but if you have AFM you'll need to tune that out. Search on our website for C7 Z06 systems, they are true Axle-Backs and you won't need to cut.
Sorry for sound ignorant but what "Unlock TQ" means?
TQ = Torque
I don't know what that is but thanks lol, you're talking to a guy who don't know shit about cars but so intrigued on getting the full exhaust system.
It's a way of measuring performance.
How can I find a reputable installation company in my area?

Are you talking about the NPP valves? This system keeps the AFM 4 mode valves functional
Valves at the tail end of the mufflers... you can see them open a close
The NPP valves (at the tips) are not present on our exhaust systems
The CORSA exhaust system installed easier in Mustang 2018+ active exhaust! Also the mustang sounds better 🤩👏🏼
why not just include the afm valves ...........
It would add significant cost and GM's AFM valves are well tested.
This is an entire catback X-pipe? I thought it was just replacing the X-pipe
This video will show you how to do the entire install, X-pipe only: ruclips.net/video/vzvMiKaeTNo/видео.html
Wow, this is way too much work for an axle back exhaust.
There are ways to do this faster
Holy Shit...Forgetabout it!!!
