try checking the hard drive is detected in the BIOS, if not check the hard drive, if the hard drive is detected, try the Windows install test again

After clicking on „load default settings“, make sure you still have your bios settings with „legacy“ activated. If not, you activate it and then exit bios and save changes. It should go into your OS without problem. Hope it works for you as nice as it did for me!
