  • In this clip from a 2hr pickleball muscle memory drill session at Port Ludlow Park, Kenny and Jack (red t-shirt) hit cross court forehand volleys. (1 of 3)
    NOTE: Kenny and Jack both are drilling with injuries:
    Kenny tennis elbow in right and left arms.
    Jack has achilles tendinitis in right leg, tennis/golfers elbow in right arm, trapezius strain on right shoulder, right shoulder, right leg, slight groin pull that flares up sporadically
    The drills do not aggravate the injuries and allow the players to get a sweat producing work out and develop their "short game" muscle memory.
    Session Drills (Goals: hit ball 2500 times/each, consistency - how many times can we hit the ball over the net without missing, patience, smooth stroke mechanics)
    Forehand dinks
    Forehand volleys
    Backhand dinks
    Backhand volley (not done during this session)
    Playout a point (not recorded)
