    I’m a bartender met this legend in Baltimore. The most humble amazing guy I met fr. he came with his wife. He came to the city to perform. He put me in the the list I got for free skipping the line lol. Performance was amazing, the crowd went crazy 🔥🔥🔥

    Most of people get attracted to this album because of the album cover, but when you listen to it, you discover that the songs are as good as the art cover is. This time when rap was still trying to find place in the mainstream was crazy, lots of gems.

    As 90s West Coast kid, I never gave East Coast rap a chance. In my adult years, I have been catching up and can't tell enough youngsters about how good all rap was back in those days. Wu tang are one of the greats ever.

    I was maybe 9 Years old ( 24 now ) when i first heard this i’m from Saudi Arabia so english wasn’t my native language but my english was kinda good but not on this track’s level , i can’t forget that feeling when i first heard him and couldn’t understand half of the things he said on the liquid sword’s album it was tooo fuckin’ smart and complicated so i literally had to break his lyrics to understand them since then he’s my favorite rapper , he introduced me to the wu tang clan a golden journey for a kid who was amazed at how hip hop was at that time lyrically INSANE - WU TANG FOREVER

      Personally, I try not to compare artists because they all model themselves differently. Having a "Wu Award" would only make people try and start a new clan..... Never going to happen 🤣 be yourself & be true, you can't say fairer than that. ✌️

    This was the first hiphop album I owned. My brother gave it to me as a birthday present, and I own it still to this day. This album will always be a perfect masterpiece, to me.

    This was the first Wu song I really HEARD. And first one I knew RZA was a genius. GZA kills is… but RZA… I mean this beat is timeless. Ahead of its time, before its time, all of thee above. Producers… rappers. Take notes, 2 masters were here.
