I wanna ask if how to set the time schedule for 4 minutes call in real life apk? I couldn't join the call😢 because it always started at 11pm in the evening.
Sometimes I lose my motivation to learn English, nonetheless, I expose lessons like this, and my motivation gets back when I'm watching videos like these. Thanks a lot for this interview. Greetings from Bogota.
Ethan, I can see why you like this guy. I do agree with what he said about teachers. Teachers are great, they can point you in the right direction, give your guidance, help you when feeling stuck, give you the right resources and tips, teach you, empower you, give you feedback, etc but they cannot do the learning for you. The real learning takes place outside the classroom where you have to think about the language or the skill. Some people hire a teacher to learn a new language or skill. For this example let's say an hour a week but the only learning they do is within that hour, and then they complain when they not getting the results they want.
Aww yeah! Yeah as a self taught learner in English I couldn't agree more with Olly... He just spoke what I felt... We should do lots of things out of class and depend on our capacity and be independent rather than waiting for teachers to teach us... Well, I feel like we have got a new home and teachers only offer us a key then we should tight up and roam among the rooms and arrange them by our own.... Regards from Kurdistan Region to you all especially Reallifers and Ethan and Olly.
Thank you so much, Ethan and olly Richard. I love it. This is a lesson in me different to learn especially if you are many tips easy to learn help. He is tips and advice in my mind clearly.
This is the best channel for English learners because it shows us the methods and tips about English that will boost our speed in learning English thanks Ethan you are helping to a lot of English learners and me. 🥰
Thank you ethan this is not only a youtube channel but real life class and I’ve been following since 2018, I’ve learnt more but not yet enough. Once again thank you so much for ur tips
Thank you so much Ethan! There are two limiting beliefs when it comes to learning a language: 1) I don't have enough money. 2) I'm too old to learn a language. I was victim of the first one. And I used to say: well, I would never know English because I can't afford a private school. So, I just can visit countries where my native language is spoken. That's why I really like this video. We need more people like him that can turn down those walls in our minds. I hope this video can reach a lot of people.
I am improving my English writing skills through academic writing courses. Speaking courses have not been helpful. Writing a weekly 3000-word essay on my readings helps me reflect. I practice all language skills by reading and listening to myself. However, some people might not understand me even in my native language and criticize my pronunciation or word choice. It's impossible to please everyone, so I focus on improving my vocabulary and writing skills.

I like your new look man it's sick
What meaning of İnput actually?
I have a question that's been kinda bothering me for years. When do we use "different than" and "different from" ????
“Different from” and “different than” are both standard, but some guides frown on “different than.” If you want to be safe, use “different from.”
