I’m About to do an 06 or make an attempt to… that dam fan clutch is gonna be my headache and the hardest part for me.. after that it’s gonna be smooth sailing for me… just need to know if I need a gasket sealer because I see you did not use one , but I also am assuming that yours is an actual motorcraft pump and not an autozone special lol
Sir I want to thank you so much for this video. I have a 2009 Explorer with 4.0 v6 and I did it and no major issues other trying to align that gasket. I used an adhesive to hold the gasket in place and bingo smooth as a bell to install. I did not have a inch pound wrench but I I have a foot pound wrench, so I converted to foot pound and went a bit over but they are torqued equally etc etc. I’m back on the road sir. Thank you again.

Don't know what car this is, but the 2010 water pump has no hoses and just four bolts. It uses a rubber 'o' ring instead of the gasket. A bit easier.
Excellent video with great details! You made this job look easy...great job!
