I have been watching your more current videos, so I am now catching up on older ones. The ones I have been watching are Estonia in the Spring and Summer and it seems so perfect and pleasant and this video reminds me that there is another side to the coin. - the more challenging times. (I grew up in NY and now live in Texas - such a difference!) I love the way you are so open to growth and new learning. I am 77 and I am still learning. I think perhaps it is more difficult to change as one ages - it would be so much easier to just stay the same, or to just give up altogether. I think that basically though, we are all ageless. I think your mother must be amazing, and I think you know that. I used EMDR to address my increasing anxiety with driving in Houston. It was like a miracle!!! I hope you understand that your videos light a pathway to a more meaningful life for the people who watch them. BTW - I just made my last bag of popcorn - LOL. I am not a regular popcorn eater, but you ARE an influencer!! LOL!!! I am so glad I found you!

When I made this video, it was a really challenging time in my life, as my father was very sick (he recovered from that illness but sadly passed away a few months later). Learning new things keeps the brain young!😉 EMDR is so interesting, I first learned about it from the book 'The Body Keeps the Score'. Such an interesting read. I make popcorn weekly too!
