WISMAR | Filming locations NOSFERATU & SOKO Wismar | Baltic Ep6

We are on the road in the world heritage city of Wismar. Here we are looking for the locations of the movie "NOSFERATU - Symphony of Horror". The silent film from 1922 is now considered a cult film. "Nosferatu" by Friedrich Wilhelm Murnau is considered the first vampire film in cinema. The filming locations in Wismar are still easily recognizable today. During our visit to Wismar we will also visit the "Police Station" film location from the popular ZDF television series "SOKO Wismar".

Wismar is one of my favourite places to visit in Germany I actually went there to visit all the locations that were shot in Nosferatu which is one of my favourite Dracula films of all time

I like to hear that. Because NOSFERATU is also one of my favorite films. I'll upload a new video in a few days. It deals with the filming locations of Nosferatu in LÜBECK, WISMAR and with the important people in the film: from the director to the cameraman, the screenwriter, the producer and the actors. Nosferatu has a very interesting history and fascinating background.

Tolle Stadt, toller Film, aber die Musik ätzend und unpassend. Interessant: der Bezug zu Nosferatu.

Tu ich ja selten, aber ich gebe Dir in Punkto Musik Recht. Die Musikwahl stammt aus so einer Zeit der musikalischen Irrungen bei mir, wenn es um Videos geht. Die Musikauswahl bei neueres Videos hat sich inzwischen geändert. :)

Sicher ist die Musik der letzte Mist, warum braucht man denn überhaupt nicht endendes Musikalgenerve in jedem X-beliebigen Film? Wenn man in der Lage ist, einen vernünftigen Ton aufzunehmen (und nicht nur Windgeballere), dann sollte man es mal damit versuchen.
