Paul Henry - Into The West (1997 BBC NI documentary)

Paul Henry (1876 -1958) Belfast-born Irish artist noted for landscapes depicting the West of Ireland. He lived on Achill Island, Co Mayo from 1910 until 1919. Sixty years after his death, he continues to be one of Ireland’s favourite and best-selling artists.

Wow, I can really see his Van Gogh influence. I can tell how inspired and respectful he felt about him. He could really relate to the same subjects. It's amazing to see Paul Henry's perspective and process. A new favorite.
