I just got us a dreamcast for christmas, so on top of the usual suspects I've been curious about the newer homebrew releases for the system! so definitely gonna have to track down some of these. I think that AVP conversion is like a beats of rage thing? there's one out there I've seen I wanna grab at some point, FX Unit Yuki IDK if you've heard of it but heavily inspired by a lot of PCE games but a retro mascot platformer of sorts.
aboit 5 or 6;years ago someone traded in a box of Japanese dreamcast games at the flea market, so for 100 at the time I got border down, psyvariar, shikigami no shiro and about 6 others, it was one of my best flea market days ever! I'm still close friends with the giy who sold it to me 🤘
What's that viking game? Rognar, or something like that. Also, the makers of Panzer Dragoon created a rail-shooting Dreamcast game where you're inside a computer. Probably the only two post-2000 games worth playing.
The reason the Alien Vs Predator game never was ported to the SNES was because Activision had the rights to the property. I have Alien Vs Predator for the SNES. It's all right. I just got some Collectorvision games (wink) in the mail today, Buster Bros. and Arkanoid for the Colecovision! Both are awesome!!
That AVP Port looks like it was based on the demo i released years ago using the openbor engine, I guess someone finished it? this was originally made as free project to be burned on cd-r
Think that a fan made Openbor Aliens Vs Predator aftermath ... I have the demo I burnt on a cd eons ago they sell that game on Ebay and Etsy... if that the actual port then I really need to get that my self
That probably because you never got to experience alot of the best games on the system like Skies of Arcadia, Grandia 2, Super Magnetic Neo, Shenmue, Sonic Adventure 1 & 2, Power Stone 1 & 2, Hydro Thunder, Jet Grind Radio, Elemental Gimmick Gear, Project Justice, Marvel Vs Capcom 2, Resident Evil Code Veronica, Crazy Taxi 1&2, Phantasy Star Online, House of the Dead 2, Zombie Revenge, Rayman 2, Gunbird 2, Cannon Spike, Dead or Alive 2, Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver, Metropolis Street Racer, Donald Duck Goin Quackers, Luney Toons Space Race, Tony Hawk 2... the Dreamcast had all the best Multiplayer arcade style games, racing games, fighting games Shoot-em Ups. The library is stacked with amazing games and new games are still released every year.

It's probably my all time favorite system, yet I've only played like 3 or 4 memorable games on it.
