SAME WITH ME but I am right now still talking with the “support” team called Thomas Slavsky, he replied so fast but in the end telling me to CANNOT REFUND, and only said they cannot guarantee at all :) totally scam. How can they say cannot refund and cannot guarantee system will work after we have already paid.

Rubbish they start with a charge of .89 US and then charge US39 even if you don't complete the transaction. Also ended up with spam extra cost added to my credit card. DON'T USE😢

Yes, canceling the bank account is the only way, period.

You should call the bank call centre and ask them to block your credit card and change with a new account number. I also did that.

This outfit is a ripoff of the first order.. First of all, they do not simply find your lost phone. In fact, all it does as send a text message to the phone and you then wait for the message recipient to reply. This is NOT A WAY TO FIND A LOST PHONE. Furthermore they will milk you credit card for all they can get. Avoid them like the plague.
