"Other neurologic situations"!! I wish I had found you years ago!! My new neurologist just gave me a very dismal prognosis. Took me about 2 days to try and get a positive foothold.... I'm still battling day by day to keep a forward moving attitude. I need you....
PS: I have pronounced nystagmus. I am attempting to do the eye shifting. The nystagmus is not pronounced when I'm looking straight forward, but if I move my eyes either to the right or the left or up and down, the nystagmus kicks in and I can't hold it still. What should I do?
I've been doing similar exercises with a physical therapist, and she said that you can do it either standing or sitting - whatever is most safe and comfortable for you starting out. Eventually standing may be better, but just getting in the reps is what matters.
Fantastic. Thank you ❤😊
the spine is #2 from brain so my best results came from simple exercises that include the back like push-ups and body weight rows

Where is your gym located?
Do you have a location in or near Arlington, TX or have a partnership or know someone in this area you would recommend?
I believe his work through the MS Gym is totally online. Does your doctor or physical therapist have ideas for a local personal trainer?
Are you supposed to be standing while doing these? You mentioned doing while sitting in car
