It's a web application, so you need a server to run it. If you host it on a real server, then you may not need to run the command again and again, else you'll have to execute the command to run this project. Thanks and Regards!

I created this project while I was learning Django, following other RUclipsr. And this course is already created by RUclipsr "SuperCoders". Thanks and Regards.
It's because, your default port might be occupied by some other software. Running following command to run project might help you. python manage.py runserver 127.0.0.1:8001 Best Wishes!
This Django project has default database. And the database is "SQLite". The database is created once you run migration code. Please read the documentation for more. Thanks and Regards!
