Hands down the best unboxing video I've seen. Most of the time I have to put people at 2 times the speed, but yours are short, sweet, and too the point!
Great, concise, and clear breakdown of the case. Love the haves/needs stat boxes too. I really hope you use this format for the coming Marvel sets as well!
Good lord how much work went into this video! I'm liking most of the UI design, but I think the bottom tally isn't needed. Especially since the video player ui often appears and obscures it. Really nice breakdown of info at the end. I think you set a new land speed record for opening up heroclix ;) Hopefully you plan to make another video spending a little more time with some of the more special pieces. I'd like to see that. Cool video :)
Hehe... It was a lot of work. Hope it was worth it (from the comments I read, it seems its appreciated ;o). Perhaps I should place the rarity tally in another position, but I didn't want it to take prime real estate... I understand from other comments that the concept is appreciated by some, though. I'm thinking of making seperate unboxing and "close look / quality time with a figure" videos (a bit like what you do in your figure reviews... great channel btw). This way, we get it all... What are your thoughts? You like the idea? I aim to keep the videos short, so I think separating the figure comments from the unboxing seems like a good way to go... Let me know! Thanks again for your very constructive comment!
Thank you for the compliment! I plan to make more. Did you enjoy the more modest unboxing videos as well or should I stick to cases? Your input is appreciated.
In this format, I am happy to watch any unboxings. The longer ones i will sit and watch on the sofa with my daughter, the smaller ones (like the TMNT gravity pulls) I watch on quick breaks from work. Keep up the great work!
This is a great efficient style of doing and unboxing video and quite informative on the distribution of it all, one small improvement would be to add a shot of all 5 booster figures from the corner in full frame for a second or 2 so we can get a closer look other than that this was great
I recently started Heroclix picked up two bricks yesterday, I pulled a Jakeem THunder Prime and it was broken and I can't even get it replaced. Was thinking of Super glue to fix, you can tell were it popped out of the base. Not sure what I should do.
Fuzzywumple is right. Super glue will do the trick, but as I learned recently, it must be fresh super glue... That thing loses its effectiveness after a while in its little tube (even when closed properly). I'll eventually make a quick video on repairing and reshaping figures.
Super glue can fix most broken Heroclix in my experience. For bent over ones (used to be a lot more common than it is now I think) we used to just hold them over the steam coming out of the kettle. Sorry it's broken but still, congratulations, Jakeem looks like one of the best figures in the set and the one I want the most.
Thanks! Interested in seeing a Fast Forces unboxing as well? I'm wondering if viewers would want to see that (I would a little time to go over what's interesting about each figure for casual play). Let me know.
Glad you enjoyed that! I know I kept a tally with paper and pencil watching other unboxing videos; had to pause a lot. It'll be interesting to see what happens from one set to the other...
No it doesn't sound weird. Harlyquin usually looks pretty sweet. Back in the day sounds like you might be around my age Say in your 40's. I find games are challenging and yet the more you play a game the better you get. When I use to play Scrabble I use to play up to 6 games in a day. I was pretty good at it . The place I would play most often would have people gather around a bit of the time especialy when I was playing my main opponent we would finish a game in under 30mines almost always a fast paced game that's what I like from a Canadian friend have a good day.
The Tabletop Teacher thank you. and thank you for the videos. I'm getting Into the game again after not playing since hypertime. and your videos have been a big help.
Best style to a unboxing video. I hope you do more for future sets!
Thank you very much. I hope to do more as well!

Wow, thanks! I'm glad the format is appreciated. Thanks for watching.
First time I've seen such a precise unboxing video with great camera work! Look forward to more.
Glad you enjoyed it; there will be more!

Thank you very much; those are the qualities I was aiming for! I plan to use the same format for all the upcoming sets.
Really, really great. Thank you. I know we can tell how much work you have put into this video and others.
Thank you very much and thanks for noticing the effort!

As always, a great video. I really hope you keep making videos because they are just so amazing.
I'm so very glad you enjoyed it. I really hope to keep making videos too (that's the plan ;o)!

Thanks. That's a good idea... I'll probably do that next time.

Matt Baird - super glue is a staple item in my heroclix kit. you'll use it more than you want to but not so much as to remember when you did.

could you discuss the difference between a prime and a chase? cause i know alot of new players dont really know so a video on that would be awesome
Yes I will... That's actually what I'm working on.
The Tabletop Teacher awesome i look forward to the video, thanks for the response
cool pulls

I ran out of money... XD bought so many heroclix... Wanted to get at least 1 brick... Next time. :)
I like your sense of humour:')
Thanks Matthew!

Thanks for your comment. Good luck with your project.
what is a case and what is a brick because I have heard a brick called a case and a case called a brick so whats up
que buena suerte. y que suerte con esa pieza de HAHAHAHAHA.
Déjeme saber cómo su suerte resulta (is that proper Spanish?). Gracias por tu comentario!
I pulled 3 deadshots from 1 brick, +2 single boosters. wanna trade? I need-#17, #22, #26.
Thanks for the offer, but I eventually got Deadshot through trading. I'm setting something up for your other requests.
The Tabletop Teacher thank you. and thank you for the videos. I'm getting Into the game again after not playing since hypertime. and your videos have been a big help.
The Tabletop Teacher awesome. Thank you. I just purchased. and paid.
