I actually think Simon would have gotten this. He IS over the top, but he can back it up. And the voice is definitely there. The audition was just too big for the room. Paula would have totally loved this dude. Based on comments, I maintain if he were not a sexy/sassy black man...everyone would be talking about him like he was Adam Lambert. And please do not jump on me for bringing racism into it. Especially when bland blonde girls who don't even know that they should not be singing Jolene ( when they ARE the Jolene) make it over blind black girls and girls who get sponsored by their churches. He wouldn't have. He's a different sound and I think the extra personality he brought would've irked Simon and Simon's character that he had on the show.
I dare you to use the church live the kind of life you want to live The Simple Life. Bible said there's a way that seems right unto man but the we are is the way of death you understand so don't use the Bible do you do what you want to do you make your choice and you live the kind of life you want to live.
