@@nicolesutera3783 Besides for this and the rest of the Paprika OST being **excellent,** Susumu Hirasawa is also primarily known for being behind much of Berserk's music, which is likewise acclaimed.
This song to me at points almost sounds like someone is trying to reach out to you through a bunch on mental obstacles cluttering your mind like a stream of memories and dreams. Then i watched the movie, and thats more or less what it was, damn you know a composer is good when they can convey such meaning through music and sound.
Because this is what one hears in a dream, where speeds have no upper limit, and where matter does not slow you down. The sensation obviously can't be reproduced in reality;
@@im_Satan-yt its an expression in my language. the better translation is "that guy's not real, hes just not real". saying someone "doesnt exist" in greek means that person is so unbelievable, so talented, so out of this world that they simply cant exist. i fucking love hirasawa's music, it genuinely feels like he's come from a different planet. hes simply unbelievable.
@@im_Satan-yt lotus is pretty cool, but honestly parade will always have my heart. in my favorites list are also byakkoya, haldyn hotel (the remix mostly), Planet-home, lab=01, luuktung or die (i really really love this one), i could just keep naming more and more... this man's music is simply unbelievable
@@shinkikomori7386 I would like to be able to make music like him. I noticed that some of his songs, those from paprika, have the same female voice, which is a shame, because it makes them similar
I heard a voice say in the background near the end something like "Come on, we can do this" and if I listen closely it sounds like a girl trying to wake you up from a dream, or into your own dream... I'm trying to find it but my ears are having trouble attuning to it again, anyone else notice what if anything is said?
... it's made by the same guy you dweebs. that's his voice. paprika is a satoshi kon work and this song is susumu hirasawa. paranoia agent is a satoshi kon work, and its music is by susumu hirasawa.
It's like Susumu Hirasawa is on another plane of reality whenever he's composing...
I DON'T GET IT
Like every amazing artist

this is hype af. Makes me feel like time is slow and pathetic and I can do 90 on the highway and not even be phased.
