I thought it was stop motion with effects added afterwards. This is really well made.
A 20-second animation like this probably takes days or a week to be made. Simply amazing.

What I love about this is that he didn't just say "burrito chimichanga" or something which would have ruined it with only a little bit of payoff. The writers made it so that not one bit of genuine, humorless awkwardness was left out of the joke and I think that's incredible
