Mozambique asked SADC to come to it's rescue and they (SADC) took months to deploy and Rwanda just took just a few days and it fixed and stabilized Mozambique then what will happen to DRC since it has kicked incompetent EACRF led by Kenya? Uganda and Rwanda have been working together after Museveni recruited Kagame into Ugandan force. This means that Museveni shared his guerrilla war tactics with Kagame. Now look at Mogadishu, Not even America wanted to redeploy and Uganda out performed all superpower nations that are in Somalia and thanks to Uganda.
Uganda and Rwanda have fought the entire SADC Bloc and that makes them powerful and it shaped the two forces. Museveni led troops in Mozambique against Portuguese and they defeated the whites. African problems with African solution. Bless Rwanda
