Audit Thomas's taxes and every single individual he has spent time with out of the court building. Go back 25 years. Then write a book on the findings. Refer anyone caught evading taxes or giving unlawful gifts to Jack Smith. Leave no stone unturned, and no dollar unaccounted for.

As much as I dislike Uncle Thom, unless the loan was a bribe, there is no tax aspect. The Reporting as a judge is most important and just because the rich guy is black does not mean he did not have any case anywhere in a federal court.
We need term limits. Too much money corrupts. Thomas and Alito need to retire from the bench.
Not necessary, prosecute the corrupt ones now under the codes applied to judges. Say they don’t have any exemptions. Also, prosecute them for lying under oath during their hearings.
At any other point in American history the flaunting of the law and ethics by a Supreme Court Justice combined with the insurrectionist activities of his spouse would be enough to cause a groundswell of pressure to force that person to resign in disgrace. This would be seen in those times as something that would be necessary to preserve the integrity of the Court. Should democracy survive the next election cycle it would behoove that renewed Democratic administration to try to restore the public’s respect of the law by restoring its respect of those who preside over it. What are you left with otherwise?
