Some of your OCD behaviours sound like setting yourself up to fail. You know exactly what is required, it's not difficult, you have all the tools and knowledge, but you are unable to make a start, compelled to leave it until it is too late. Which sounds like me, though I'm pretty sure I'm autistic. Anyway I took my OCD suffering wife out for the day, walk in the grounds of a National Trust property tea, cake and ice cream afterwards. It was dry and sunny, the grounds were spectacular, and we met a German couple who my wife clicked with. Lots of smiles, not a single flare up. Now we are home and on edge again, but we had a few pleasant hours. In the nineties Danny Baker used to present the 606 show on Radio 5 Live, for a few months he seemed besotted with the word "turmoil" and it became part of my vocabulary. In the past I got a certain pleasure from using it, today I need to use it all the time and that pleasure is gone. I need to find some new words. As for you, what do I say. I hope that you can deal with your OCD, beat it. Regards to your wife and kids.
Refreshing honesty. Love the vids.
It's time to get back to the vlogs, and real life content 🙏🏼 I really appreciate your support
