Hi, I know I’m late to your video but I just received my palette from the 4/20 relaunch and came across your video and I am truly in love with your look it came out so beautiful. I also have very hooded eyes (like Jennifer Lawrence hooded) although I think she is so pretty! I don’t let that stop me from applying from eyeshadow😉 and you did such a great job explaining how to make it work for our eye shape and your look came out so beautiful I can’t wait to try it! Also, you asked about false lashes I too feel the same way with my eye shape but when I do wear them I’ve found that ardell Demi wispies work well because they flare out at the end and recently I have been buying the trios (ardell and kiss) and just popping a couple on the outside of my eyes and I feel like it opens them up.

I've never worn green eyeshadow in my life but I got a feeling that's all about to change lol I'm so happy that colorful eyeshadows have become a trend or more " accepting " bc back in the day if you stepped out the house in neon eyeshadow or rainbow eyes etc etc you would get looked at like you're crazy! lol

Woah that emerald green shade is gorgeous 😍 Such a beautiful look!! I am just starting to try some of the lashes i have gotten in boxycharms but i feel like with my very hooded eyes i am all lash and no eye. I am thinking of trying a more wispie kind and see if that looks better.
With my almond hooded eyes I've tried a million different lashes/brands...I've found that the ones that are shorter in the inner corner and get longer as they go out towards the outer edge do not work as well as the lashes that the longest lashes are in the center in the inner and outer Corner are the same which are shorter than the center. Does that make any sense to you? I know you didn't ask for opinions I just thought I'd throw that out there since I've been struggling with that myself, LOL. The ones I found literally just last night at Walgreens are by kiss and the name is corset ... they are $6. 99 and oh wow they are beautiful. If you don't like lashes that are that full and dark find a pair that are made like that where the inner and outer Corner are about the same length and the longest lashes are in the middle I bet you'll see a big difference.😁

Everything I've seen has told me the opposite..I've been trying to make the ones that are short on the inside and gradually get longer work for me and my almond hooded eyes and I felt they just made my eyes look droopy. They were never exactly "right"....then I tried a pair that are longer in the center and short on the inside and outside....BAM.... beautiful!!! Lol. If you need any help I can go through my collection and find names of other brands too. Just let me know 😁😁

I've been wanting to purchase the Gemini palette, but haven't wanted to pay the price for it. I was hoping they would have a good black friday or cyber monday sale. Cut creases just don't look like cut creases on me unless I hold my eye and head a certain way lol The look you came up with is gorgeous!

You mentioned that you didn’t wear false eyelashes because you weren’t sure what to wear because of your hooded eyes. Maybe try a half cut false lash, cutting off the outer edge. I'm not too good with false lashes, but it seems to be working for me pretty well. I actually am more like you, and don't use them very often. But trying a few new things. I love my melt palettes: Gemini, Gemini II, some sessions, four twenty 💚
