Hey I know this is a super old video but I’m pretty sure that isn’t your Upper & Lower not being 100% flush. I’m pretty sure that’s the hand guard making that noise because the bolts are loose. Would always recommend tightening your hand guard bolts before doing the wiggle test.
Shoot I scored a upper at psa for 200 and got there lower for 75.00 not bad for a 275 ar15 they had ones that people ordered a returned or didn’t pickup cheap regular 460 for the upper
@@Zer0Nine thanks for the quick reply. Damn I was hoping a complete Upper and Complete Lower would just snap together. Tight budget and don't have many tools.
It you get a complete upper and complete lower , your local gun shop should be able to throw it together for you if your nervous or maybe don't have access to specialty tools
Thanks for the lesson. I'm a very beginner and just bought a 7.5" ar-15. I wanted to change the muzzle brake (looks like there're many options that is better than birdcage it came with) but the part I need to unscrew is bit inside of the hand-guard (just inside to piss me-off, sorry). Is there a way to unscrew the birdcage w/o the taking whole damn hand-guard off? I appreciate your response in advance. Thanks!
@@geo9345Thanks for your reply and the offer. I have become an expert on AR now(sort of). You're right, I am little disappointed in this comment site but there are many other A2 heroes in other sites. Cheers!
Nice this is 3 years old but I have on the way my aero assembled upper my utg mid handguard spikes complete lower 16” Daniel defense w/ FSB cold hammer forged barrel a aero charging handle cmc enhanced bcg and I think that’s all! I’m excited :3
Albert Wong thank you it’s all built, took it to the range not one hiccup no recoil no nada it’s alittle on the heavy side but it’s a 16” rifle and it helps with recoil tremendously thanks man was my first ever build never shot a rifle before until I built mine ^_^
BROWNELLS sells them - as well as Magpul and I'm sure others. The brownells version is made so you can flip it over anduse it to hold thee upper as well!
Damn I have the same Anderson lower and just purchased a complete upper from psa and I’m praying I don’t have that rattle if it ends up that way I’ll lose it I’m super meticulous
Super Moon did not rattle at all my upper and lower ended up fitting a little tight I used a wood clamp to clamp them together and put the takedown pin in and it’s been history ever since
Just a personal life experience. I used ur vid to assemble my complete upper to my complete lower I bought the cheapest lower psa had as well as a 500 dollar upper I had 0 wiggle idk if its the upgraded upper or lower but that wiggle made me cringe and worry a little... luckily I did not have the same issue like u said not to big of a deal just to let you know for a little cheaper the same company no wiggle for me.
the ceratac i finished was surprisingly nice, everything was tight, cut a polymer lower and attached it easily with no space i cant fit and dont need to put the little rubber thing in there to dampen the vibration from that gap. psa is great stuff, ceratac is a good value too
Get an accu-wedge it’ll make absolutely no wiggle, might have to cut it down to size

Cool. I'm looking to add a 300blk upper to my 556 Saint Victor. I want to swap back and forth so was trying to determine how difficult that might be.
great job keep teaching I'm still learning GOD BLESS
I got the same parts coming, really excited.
Crazy how much more money they are now a days
698 isn't that bad when a 9mm pistol is almost the same price
Can upper be from any company? It doesn't have to be from a same company made lower?
Nope. Can be independent of each other but some prefer a matching set. Good luck.
Just put my odin works upper on an Anderson. It's more exciting than a new car. Almost as cool as a new pair of skis
Snowboarder here and btw you must drive lame cars if you don’t think a new car is more exciting than a new ar
Nice AR, I'm on my 3rd build and my local gun shop had a sale and I bought 2 more lowers ..I have the black rifle sickness!! Get out while u can!!
Bought this upper to replace a 7.5 springfield saint. Hope the marriage with the saint lower is tight! 👍
Hey I’m actually looking into doing the same thing with the saint lower, did the upper fit snug with the saint lower? Thanks
I'm looking to buy a PSA complete Lower and Upper. Is that all that's needed? No extra tools or parts??
There will be specialty tools needed but nothing too crazy. Watch a few of the other videos to get an idea of what's required. Happy gunning!

If your buying PSA it's best to use a psa lower
Y ?

I bought for 179.99 last week. 85 for the bcg and charging handle
Great job now add some paint and optics im on my 5th build
I don't think its suppose to do that 🤔
