      The prison service have a shortage of prison officers. A lot of the prison officers have left and the government can’t employ people as people do not want to do those jobs any more, too dangerous, too much stress and not worth the money for the danger they are facing.
      Have a look at reports at how the uk prison service is lacking prison officers and the prisons are now run by the prisoners.
      These two fiends are in trouble and I guarantee they have been getting served up on a regular basis…but we the people won’t hear about this, but it will be reported on a local news outlet or paper just not the national news.

      The way sentencing is announced in court, due to our legal system, doesn't represent the actual amount of time to be served. It is a complicated thing but most in these circumstances will do life.
      The reason they are announced the way they are is be arise we have a "totality" rather that say 36x30 years. Same for minor crimes where people often serve less than what's announced at sentencing. Its just the system and how sentences are announced. Doesn't mean the is all he will serve or if one will ever even get out. Parole just has to be considered for human rights reasons even if said criminals never get out. Hope that helps a little. He won't get out with that level of offence and it's drastic impact on those who suffered and his risk to the public.

      I understand what you’re saying - I personally avoid going out at night as I too would be concerned for my safety. If I see a woman walking my way, out of respect I cross over to the other side. It’s what men should do in my opinion. I’m wary of men at night so I understand it must be worse being a woman. Best thing is to have someone with you if you have to go out at night.

I wear a body cam for my front and I am thinkingn of having a body cam for my back. I take 2 loud personal alrarms with me and I walk with running shoes. When I am out with a freind, we have a code we say to each other when we see a say a group of same age men and we take avasive action if we can. we don#'t want to get close to men at all, we don't trust them and when they are with their friends they never stand up for us women and tell men to leave us alone. sometimes they just laugh. as women we have no idea if they have been watching hard core porn a lot, violent sex films or misogynists, we have to assume they are all like that for our safety,. we have seen how male friends supported couzens with his misogyny

      I'm a man and I've never hurt anyone.
      I also refuse to be held accountable for the actions of other evil humans.
      I'm not gonna cross the street when a woman crosses my path cos I've no intention, in a billion years of causing any harm to another human being.
      And it's not just men who can be evil.
      Lucy Letby, Sinead James, Margaret Wade, Joanna Dennehy. Myra Hindley, Rose West & Beverley Allitt did some horrible things, but we don't go tarring all women with the same brush.

However, I firmly believe that in these two cases, whole life tarrifs were wholly appropriate. These individuals were in the ultimate position of trust and they both violated that trust in the most heinous ways. Parliament resisted tv cameras for many years but it was argued that our parliamentary democracy should be transparent and open to public scrutiny and so cameras (under strict conditions) were allowed in.What is so special about law courts that they shouldn't also be open to transparency and public scrutiny with tv cameras under strict conditions about what can be televised.Those individuals in the public galleries in courts go to courts for the 'entertainment' do they? Partially true. Unfortunately, a lot of these "scum" in prison are perfectly innocent and are only there because they have been fitted-up by bastards like Carrick who are encouraged to do so by the bent criminal justice system which isn't interested in whether or not someone is guilty or innocent but only in whether or not they can be convicted. A conviction can be obtained by many means, and it's not necessarily the same thing as guilt.
      Becoming a police officer is the perfect career opportunity for those who were bullies at school,. Unlike becoming a gangster, it gives the antisocial element a smokescreen, a veneer of respectability and an infrastructure to work within. The thugs and bullies on the force - sorry, "service" - will be protected by their like-minded colleagues unless the scales tip so far that it becomes obvious that there'll be collateral damage, or a danger of the public becoming aware of them, in which case, like Carrick, they'll be thrown to the wolves.

    13:15 I think from a psychological point of view a sex offender is most likely to grass because the label as a grass doesn’t carry the same risk to their safety as the offence they’ve committed. So if they’re in danger (or not) they’re more likely to grass because they would figure that being a grass won’t make any difference, because they’re already a target anyway. Whereas for everyone else, you won’t grass because being a grass will be the thing that makes you the person on the wing that everyone will hate rather than just the people who are targeting you.
    There is a bit of deeper psychological about those types of offenders making them more likely to be grasses that aren’t anything to do with what I’ve said, but that’s more about the type of personalities many will share and takes a load more time to explain. But serial killers will share a lot of the same traits, and by that reasoning would also be more prone to grassing too. But a serial killer is probably more likely to use the information they have for blackmail and manipulation.

    • @paulworgan6599
      @paulworgan6599 8 месяцев назад

      It’s funny how a serial killer won’t be hated as much as someone who might have had consensual sex with a slightly underage girl.

    • @Toxic-Ology
      @Toxic-Ology 8 месяцев назад +1

      @@paulworgan6599 it’s a good point. People often don’t realise that in most cases with serial killers the primary motive is usually sexual. The only real difference is that a serial killer figures that the best way not to get caught is to kill the victim to prevent them going to the police.
      Obviously there are some serial killers that kill for different reasons but in most cases where serial killing is involved, there’s usually a victim that is the gender than matches their sexual preference and some kind of sex offence before or after the murder.
      I will point out that in law there’s no such thing as consensual sex with an under age girl though. And will also point out that many serial killers started out as stalkers and sex offenders but for the reasons outlined above decided that their best chance at avoiding prison was murder.
      Just to weave a bit more context to it. Your average psychopath thinks he’s smarter than the average person including the police, and the police aren’t as good at catching murderers as the media tries to portray. I know of two people I went to school with who everyone associated with them are 99% sure the partner did it, and their behaviour afterwards was odd to the extreme and yet both of them are still free. Even though in one case any jury would find it hard not to convict on the circumstantial evidence alone his defence and actions after were that bizarre and the story such an old chestnut of an excuse.
