THIS IS A AWESOME VIDEO . It's so much harder than you make it look , I fought for an hour on one tire , I'm glad we have professionals like you to explain how to do this . I see now I was kicking my own ass . Thanks again .
I haven’t seen any videos more recent than 1 year ago. I hope your healthy and happy. In November I’ll be on my 15th year in commercial tire service . Thanks for showing the work side of it.
Good vedio. As a certified commercial tire technician i follow all same techniques as you, except i don't use buffing solution after buffing, i use a brass brush to clean surface.
you all probably dont care but does anybody know a trick to get back into an Instagram account? I stupidly lost my password. I appreciate any tips you can give me.
@Joseph Kendall i really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and im waiting for the hacking stuff now. I see it takes a while so I will reply here later with my results.
Thank you so much for taking the time to do these videos. I have been an auto mechanic for a long time and where I live there is a wide division between auto mechanics and the industrial world. I have always been fascinated with the work you guys do. Thank you for showing me. Stay safe and I look forward to your videos.
nice, I personally hit my repair with a wire wheel after using the buffer on the inside, it smooths it out a lot more so the patch has a higher chance of sealing, but good video.
I'm just watching this because I'm tired of finding nails in my tires every other day and having to stop at a TA truck stop. This doesn't look hard and am considering investing into these tools.
Do you mix your own tire lube? If so what is your recipe? Great video I already knew the patching/plugging process but the dismount and mounting process was awesome you make it look easy man.
I got a problem. I’ve been having a problem with o-rings on 14.00r25 earthmover tires with 3 piece rims. I grease the shit out of the tire beads and the rims where the tire contacts. Whenever there’s a large load on the tire the o-rings starts pissing out air where the lock ring gap is. Any idea what’s going on?
Good video and efficiently done,..except for using buff and chalking your repair area......however,..obviously a west coaster....come on out and try it in the snow and ice with me.
Price depends on tire size, what type of equipment it's on and time spent removing tire. Price of repair includes 1 patch additional patches are charged accordingly.
For checking for leaks and dismounting tires I use Ajax dish soap and water. I find Ajax to be priced right and it does not get foamy like Dawn. As for the mixer I never measured it lol. As for the lube for mounting tires I use Murphy soap or equivalent. I will put a few handfuls in an empty bucket and add a little water. I will break the soap down by hand and let it sit in the sun. I like it when its a consistency like dish soap or thicker.
Yes you can. Just buy from a popular company which moves a lot of inventory. That way you know products are fresh and have not sat on a shelf for a long time.
raul aponte Hey brother how’s it going. Did you ever got the chance to ask the brother about where he order all the plug and patches? I’m an O/O myself and would love to know about where can I get the quality stuff that he’s using. Thanks in advance 👍🏼
Probably the best guy to get your tire patched.....

You are professional , and make it look easy ...respect from UK
I've been doing this for 20years, and he is a good tech.
What I found easy, is if the driver is ther e you can place a block in front of the inside tire and have him drive on to it. Nice tutorial.
VERY, VERY, good instructional vid!!! Love how you explain and demonstrate! Obviously, this isn't your first rodeo! :~) Great job!
Fitting tyres 10 years, and the 24/7 emergency breakdowns broke me, not everyone can handle this game 😂
Your videos help me a lot. Thanks
Glad it helps. Thanks for watching.
Looks like the tires see you coming and they dismount themselves. Nice video. I’m going to try it & hope I don’t lose any teeth in the process. lol

I use the brass brush also

I like those combination plug/patch things. They probably cost a little more but they save some time.
The thing with the plug patch is the plug seals the tire , keeps the weather from decaying the Steele cord. Which will make the tire weak.
Great show!
BRO...I LOVE UR VIEDOS.U EXPLAIN STEP BY STEP...DO ONE WITH EITHER..
Very Informative tutorial!
Thanks guy. I really appreciate
Great job
GOOD. WORK
excellent video, thanks so much
So. Good. AWESOME. WORK

just a vet I just plug and go make my delivery. then I put the patch on when I have time
Thats a good move. I do have the wire wheel set up for my buffer or a handheld brass brush

Hey brother you remind me of my friend Carlos ,we worked at Big Es Tire in PHX, AZ,
How do you make the decision whether to take the rim off or leave it on when changing/patching a tire? Thanks.
I'm just watching this because I'm tired of finding nails in my tires every other day and having to stop at a TA truck stop. This doesn't look hard and am considering investing into these tools.
great video as usual, I seem to struggle with getting back beads off these days when wheel is on trailer any tips?
When changing the outside tire I lube both tires.
Thanks for the vid, I cut my time in half. Less time more money!!
can you do a Dayton wheel/suicide rim/widow makers and instructional on how to do them step by step?
The Guru of tires... What type of air chuck tool do you have?
very interesting.
I do second bead off over the front side, one bar only...
Not figthing with the front tire pulling the bar under it...
Do you mix your own tire lube? If so what is your recipe? Great video I already knew the patching/plugging process but the dismount and mounting process was awesome you make it look easy man.
Thanks. I do mix my own lube no real recipe but you just gave me an idea for a new video.
@@TripleATireService I'll be watching for it?

Excellent - Thank you!!!
I also wanted to add that in Florida, you don’t have to deal with the cold weather conditions. I’ll make some vids for RUclips that you can check out.
Make more videos please.
Where did you go brother love the vids hope you come back soon
ok he just skinned the tire off of the rim. i was always told that is illegal to do so is it really illegal or does it depend on the state?
Thank You Teacher may I be excused to go to bathroom.
VERY GOOD THANK U FOR SHARING
How can you have trailer tires on drive axles ?
Great video tho
good job!
Thanks
Question, I just recently open my mobile tire business, what the pro charge for installation if the customer is in town , meaning me going to him
Great, and thanks!
Good video and efficiently done,..except for using buff and chalking your repair area......however,..obviously a west coaster....come on out and try it in the snow and ice with me.
You can keep the cold weather.
Can you do a super single vid?
about how much do you make in a week?
Really good vide how much do you charge for patching a tire and if there is more than 1 nail
Price depends on tire size, what type of equipment it's on and time spent removing tire. Price of repair includes 1 patch additional patches are charged accordingly.
Muy buen trabajo 👍 yo también soy gomero como se dice en mi país y hago el mismo trabajo auxilios de ruedas de cualquier tipo
I know this is an old video but how do you go about getting customers and or work? A video on that aspect hasn’t been made
Yeah I use an awl for a guide ,then follow through with the rat tail bit so you don't make another hole.
But he does a good job.
To start doing this what are the tools and equipment and supplies for 18 wheelers?
email me
Do you have your own business/truck?
How do you get started in the tire repair business?
Yeah he's almost as good as me. he does everything the rite way.
So did he lose the air out before he dismount the tire
Yeah remove valve let air out before using the bars
nice 👏
Thanks
Dude you are badass
Hey man, when's the next video comin?
I’ll stick with two bars a bead holder and a block
Maestro
Wow your a pro.thank u for tip
I agree 👍🏻👍🏻
What do yall do about tire explosions, do yall just take a risk, or is there a trick to figuring out that issue, before it may happen.
pistol perez same thing I do don't stand in front of the tire
YUKI JINJUJI thanks for the tip 👍is that all, only during inflation right lol
You can look up TIA videos on inflating tires and signs of zipper ruptures.
You hear a ripping sound in the tire , your supposed to keep the valve core out and use a 10ft air extension so you won't get blown up.
Oh yeah, use a tire cage very important.
Mounting the outside bead I prefer to push the tire in with my knee and elbow and use a spoon bar
Making it look ez.
1 bar 1 vise grips and lots of muscle
That takes you attleast 30 mins, how you get paid enoug compared to chancing whole tire ?
Both are profitable but replacing a tire is easier
What kind of lube do you use and what mixture? Thanks!
For checking for leaks and dismounting tires I use Ajax dish soap and water. I find Ajax to be priced right and it does not get foamy like Dawn. As for the mixer I never measured it lol. How do you price your work boss? I have a truck that I'm looking turn into a service truck. Do you charge miles, labor, tires, etc?
Kind of late reply but just email me
We're not so different you and I, even use the exact same side cutters
Could you order the patches and plugs online?
Yes you can. Just buy from a popular company which moves a lot of inventory. That way you know products are fresh and have not sat on a shelf for a long time.
TripleATireService do you know of any online companies. And which patch/plugs sizes should I get for semi tires.
Thank you for the help.

I’m an O/O myself and would love to know about where can I get the quality stuff that he’s using. Thanks in advance 👍🏼
I still can’t believe you can get the tire off with hand tools.
Whats a good brand for patches and plugs?
I stick with name brands that my suppliers carry like Patch, Ascot. Some products like plugs I will do just a basic white box(generic).
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you for the help. Now i can leave the side of the road
Sir. PLEASE. DEFINE. ENJURY. SIZE. IN. COMENT
Ok
Que alguien me diga que pasó con este cubano está desaparecido
hey bro where are you located ?
CENTRAL FLORIDA
I will have to show you how I do it without jacking it up and not driving up on a block under the other Tire either. or releasing the brakes.
Jon Rheaume lets see ?
