ALSO forgot to mention but artisan will get back to the zebra zero collab with me in the summer, they're obviously quite busy with their current schedule! Also the yen is getting weaker every day so the pads will be even cheaper when they reopen the direct shop
Why no haste mini review?
why no haste mini review?
Can't wait for the Artisan Zero Zebra edition!
" went to McDonalds with the Artisan team "
Where the best American business moves are made🗿
what happened to your channel i really liked your reviews
@@Julian-xz6nu I stepped away, just couldn't keep it up no more. I appreciate the support tho 🫶
There it is, the type 99 mouse spin that makes it look like a raiden hard
I am drooling for the Type99. I havent bought a new pad since my OG Zero 3 years
WE NEED SHIDENKAI V3, PLEASEE, love you boardzy ♥
No idea when it will be ready, hopefully sooner than later
@@boardzy I ask to taharasan and he told me that they are working on new speed pad 👀
Really interested in a full comparison of the key83 to the Hayate Otsu. The same speed as the Otsu with more control could be my new #1 pad.
shocking truly
Thanks for the comment regarding GPX on Shidenkai cuz I thought it was just me. I was using the pad with a DAV 3 I put Obsidian Control dots on for glass pads and decided for whatever reason to use GPX the other day and it sucked. Thought my mouse might be going bad but now I know!
Shidenkai v2 stopping? Damn. I know my hsk pro has had tracking issues on it for sure. No other mouse for me tho, I love the pad. I'm too unstable on it tho but def was worth the buy
I had the same feeling after using my old hien again, that pad is king of fast pads with some control
Back in my day, there was a hard pad called the FunC pad. It had a rough and a smooth side. The smooth side would wear down to an even smoother texture after a month or so. My flick shots using that thing were amazing. Even other high-level players thought i was hacking. It didn't look right. Wish they still made that pad.
mentioning the Artisan Ninja FX Raiden had developed a orange color variation, really unique and good looking (something to replace my shidenkai v2).
I would like to see the comparison between the Artisan Lineup with other pads like the Vaxee PA and Saturn Pro
could you recommend me on what skates i should use when the type99 comes out? Just regular corepadz?
Tier list needed!
Off topic question: I want to buy the razer deathadder v3 pro, found it for 95euros deal but its the white version and I heared the classe base texture is kinda bad for sweaty hands, what do you think? Do you think I should buy it anyways like this or should I go for the 120euros black version?
This review SHOCKED me
only chanel on yt with my notification activated
I think I prefer my old Hien over my 6 month old Otsu Mid because of the faster "less muddy" feeling during micro adjustments, but do you think the new texture weaving will negate this feeling on the Otsu V2?
The iPhone of micr pads, very cool.
I was close to get an inf.mice pad but now artisans are not that expensive , I mostly look the pad to play Lol , wondering between raiden mid and soft. When is the soft coming?
really wanna try the key 83
man i need a blue artisan pad like the freefall base control
I love your boardzy videos, I recently bought a ULX Cheetah and I use an AC Pro Neon, would you recommend switching to an hien soft?
If you're happy with the ac pro neon no reason to switch to a hien imo since they're so similar. Then again you can't go wrong with a hien soft
can u pls make a video describing all the artisan pads and how good they
Do you prefer a Hien XSoft over a LGG Saturn Pro?
im torn between the type-99 and saturn pro, i'll be switching from a xtrfy gp4, dont know if you've tried it, sometimes i feel like and cant accurately micro adjust on the gp4, many times overflicking, can i get some thoughts? Thanks
How’s the drunk deer pro any difference? @boardzy
just out of curiosity, does a work in hien become much slower than a new one?
boardzy i love you 🥺🤩
Do you know when they will open up their shop again?
I love the hien soft. My 3rd artisan pad and idk if they can beat it for me with something else.
Is the thick foam still coming? Thick type 99 sounds perfect
Ordering a new pad soon should I get a Hien or wait for the 83
Hey! currently using the Hayate otsu soft with tiger arc 1s but I want to get the Zero, what feet would be the best option? I don't want to use tiger ice feet, as I want a little more control but don't want a complete "mud" setup (if I were to keep my arc 1s on with the zero. Would normal corepads be the play?
edit: I mainly play Valorant and other tac shooters
How does the Type-99 compare to a Saturn Pro in Soft?
full 2023/2024 mousepad tier list plz and ty
I wonder of the GOAT will ever make a glass pad? 🤔❤
Is there gonna be a "real" xxl version from Artisan. Looking for something to upgrade from my Steelseries QCK Heavy XXL that is 90x40 cm. Or should i just get a Gigantus V2?
My Raiden Mid and Hien Soft are the best mouse pads I’ve ever used. So glad I joined your bandwagon from you hyping them up for so long
Are there thoughts on how they compare? Like which one is faster, easier to start or least inertia, and stopping power?
Thinking of getting one.
Can you do vancer mousepads review?
Does the Raiden Soft has the same speed as the Raiden Mid?
2024 The year of Artisan (Same as every other year)
Whats a similar pad from artisan thats similar to the lgg venus?
G2 niko used the type 99 tennis ball green. Anyone know if xsoft, soft or mid?
Hayabusa was one of their old pads. After I reminded them of its existence unleashed started tweeting about calling the Otsu "V2" the Hayabusa V2, but that was a few months ago. Recently Artisan said they would be surprised if someone would even be able to tell a difference between current Otsu and "V2" so they're trying to kill the hype for it since it's more just like a silent revision.
So now that you're mentioning the Hayabusa again, do they have plans on making a V2 for it or something?
I have the otsu v2 prototype that they sent me alongside the current otsu soft, and can hardly notice a difference. Subjectively I notice improved consistency/humidity resistance but its not a massive change by any means. I'm under the impression that the hayabusa is the other side of the otsu cloth, and think I tried a prototype at gbaza. I think it will be faster and noticeably different but dont have one on hand, might get one in a month or two tho
so which artisan pad is the best?
Got a question, how long should a mousepad last on average? 🤔
Still have my Shidenkai strawberry milk & the all white!! Unopened
0:54 tennis balls are yellow 😂 love the vid tho! hopefully I can get my hands on a type-99 soon!
I just ordered a Hien
is there a release date for the Type99?
What's your favorite type99 hardness and why?
I want a key83 RN
Wait you told them to release Raiden in Soft but not the Hard ? :(
absolutely shocking
Which Artisan would you get to complement a Type 99 xsoft? The Hien or Raiden.
Raiden for sure since it has a similar smooth texture but wayyy lower friction, will be cool to see what you prefer. That is actually the second best order combo behind hien+zero soft
Rip shidenkai
we´re having a new black raiden version?
man as an owner of the original shidenkai this video has inspired me to purchase one of the last v2s before they are out of stock. RIP legend
i was going to order one maybe one day, since i already have the vancer ice and fnatic jet, but the delivery time of 2 weeks, the tracking issues that were supposedly more occurrence on the black color made me not to, and now they stopped producing it again makes me not wanting to order it either. There's a pad called msr luo, which is the closest to the shidenkai, i will go with that, and they have a blue color.
SHOCKING!!!!?!!?!!??!
I feel sorry for the people who didn't pick up a new shid V2.. you truly missed out. I have never had tracking issues to date.. I have had the pad for a few months now..
I purchased an artisan raiden xsoft mousepad size M but I don't know if this size is long enough, I had to buy size L ☹️
Anyone know what type of pad is good for a game like r6 I’m currently using a hein but it’s almost 2 years old so was thinking of buying a new one not sure what pad tho
I need the type 99 more than air
rai is japanese for thunder, so it does make sense to be rai - den
When can we buy the 500x490 artisans ?? :(
I'm patiently waiting for an Artisan mouse, because as we all know by now, if you use a mousepad and a mouse combination that are not from the same brand, it's gg. Also I'm waiting for Artisan mouse skates, because it's gg if you use skates that aren't from the same brand.
The way you pronounce Raiden is pretty much how they pronounce it in Mortal Kombat. (developed by Americans)
Also, hella hyped to see what they're gonna do with the Hayabusa. I hope to awaken skills like the goated Izuna Drop in-game.
Does the type 99 feel like a g640 basically?
Hien the goat fr
I just got a hien XXL before they went on break. The extra vertical space is so nice as someone who came from a massive desk sized pad
whats your favorite at the new lineup?
Probably key83 soft at the moment, but it's up in the air between that and the raiden soft. Type99 is not bad by any means but a bit slow for the games I play and my preference
They don’t sell 90x40 cm do they?
what new artisan is like the zero
Sad to see the shidenkai v2 already get killed but I completely get it. The one I received was actual garbage. Tracking issues on every single mouse I owned despite all of them working perfectly on the v1. I eventually bought an x2h mini for since it has a newer sensor than all my others to see if it’d work and it did for the most part but there were still some spin outs. What sucks even more is within the first month of actively using it with the x2h the left middle of the pad got a massive noticeable slow spot. It just had a lot of issues that made it seem like a pointless upgrade from the og. It also didn’t help that when I got it Artisan didn’t have the tracking issue disclaimer on their site and I had to fight tooth and nail for a refund on mousepad that somehow malfunctions.
yo do i get wl mouse or viper pro v3
Can we get a SHOCKING razer v3pro vs logitech gx2?
So when is Artisan making 90cm length pads?
I'm bored with that amount of mousepads. What ultimate mousepad a normal human being should buy for cs2 (mostly) and apex (sometimes)? Btw I have 1st version (non coated) of hyperx fury mousepad for a long time
i love my hayate otsu soft only thing i want is Artisan
Is that Raiden Soft in black or is it just the lighting?
Just the light, it’s the same coffee brown. They also released it in orange which is shocking
Hien Soft or Zero Soft?? Cannot decide! HELP! xD
Did these release yet?
I need a pad that is a little slower than the zero xsoft, anyone got a pad for that? I feel like the zero is just a bit too fast/too little stopping power for me and my shaking hands. Just a lil slower 😊. Gimme all you know guys!
how do i buy this stuff in yen am i a newgen
artisan
Glass zebra artisan when?
I dove into glass pads from cheap pads and skipped the artisans, the lgg's, the aquas, etc. Kinda scared to try them now, i feel spoiled on glass
The glass pad industry is a house of cards you can get 2 artisans for the price of one 8x markup slab of glass that no pros use.. stay woke
@@boardzy I'm not a pro and wasn't shit talking the pads. I went from a cheap hyper x matt to the atlas and just enjoy it personally. I just question which Artisan pad would be best for someone coming from the glass pads...
@@roosky203Raiden mid or the new soft is their fastest glass like experience pads. I use a xsoft myself and my bro has a skypad3.0, I'm still comfortable with the Raiden series than anything faster like the jet pad lol
@@emini6 appreciate the response man!
I have been getting annoyed with all my cloth pads slowing down over time. Even cleaning them doesn't really do much long term. I moved on from my LGG Saturn soft for that reason and pulled out my only hybrid pad I own, the Razer Strider. I actually didn't even like the strider that much before because it was too rough and too fast before. But the more I use the strider, the more control it gets and starts to gain a little bit of initial friction. I might just end up moving onto glass pads just because I'm tired of the inconsistency of cloth. I might try an Artisan hybrid at some point though since it seems to at least last a pretty decent while.
do NOT get artisan if you hate pads slowing down, my hien lasted for 3 months before the center of the pad became the slowest surface out of any pad i've ever had (slower than my qck heavy which had seen 5 years of use by then) now fanboys might reply "HIEN LASTS FOREVER INFINITE DURABILITY" it's very hit and miss, ive seen a lot of other people complaining about slow spots with their hien so it is a possible issue for some ppl,
ALL cloth pads are disposable and are meant to be replaced if you don't like the worn out feeling, the best way to keep the surface lasting longer is wiping with a damp microfiber cloth once a week, maybe a lint roller especially on something like zero that gets lots of stuck hair, for dirty cloth pads a fully wet microfiber with a bit of dish soap soaked and give it a good scrub + another microfiber soaked in just water afterwards to get soap out
because of the nature of cloth pads my thoughts are if you don't want to spend a lot of money on them just use cheap pads like non-pro version of saturn, or the best possible price/quality, xraypads, honestly there isn't that big of a difference between ac2 and hien/otsu for the price difference and availability, rob strata and ac+ white are also good less rough more control without being mudpads, then equate for gsr-style mudpad... with these pads it's not as big of a issue when they wear out since you're not spending 60€+ each time you want a fresh one (also my rob strata and saturn both have lasted over a year, hien lasted 3mo, otsu 5-6mo...)
@@tidalwell5993 yeah I've tried cleaning with soap/water and a microfiber and it help for a couple weeks then it need to be washed again. I think the play is just glass at this point. I don't want to buy pads every couple months I cba
ALL cloth pads are going to slow down eventually, if you want something that never slows down then hard or glass is the way to go for you.
Is the hein still the goat?
I love you
Time for a new Mousepad Tierlist :)
When does the typer99/key83 go live for sale? Im assuming sometime next month?
2 Views is 21 seconds ??? Damnnn
Love Artisan's team getting with Boardzy.
Last time they team up with LGG, LGG scammed them with reproducing almost identical copies. Guess they figure out that the best person to go to is Boardzy instead :)
Is there a EU retailer for artisan?
check out maxgaming, but its pricey
How much mounth do you think is raiden's lifespand
Depending on use/habits maybe 6-9 months? I've always found them to be on the lower end vs the hien/zero etc
@@boardzy thanks for the answer🙏
Please make a type 99 in red :(
need type99 so bad but still not released :(
It will be soon no joke
