When you bought it on Amazon, was the brand installation option included in that purchase? Or Panasonic guy will know automatically from Amazon and will call for installation? I have purchased an AC but no installation option was visible.

CS/CU-HU12YKYF, but the cost difference is over 8k between them. Both are 1ton 5star split acs. Could you please tell me why?
diffrence is new and old model i bought 2020 model newer model cost more,

Nahi, indoor and outdoor unit sath mein milta. Har model ka indoor unit same model ka outdoor unit se hi chal sakta.

Bro I have the same AC but it makes a strange ticking/cracking noise very often which is very annoying. Even when it is off, seems like something is expanding- contracting inside the machine. Have you encountered this kind of issue? Please help me to understand.

There is no solution. I have tried to change the rotator but the sound is coming form the metal cabinet. It is due to the temp change.

make sure outdoor unit sit on flat surface , if any gap it will make more noise also when its on load and any electricity fluctuation going on its make different kinds of noises
@@NitinTnsGreen actually outdoor unit I wall mounted.and it's also on balance.no.voltage fluctuation.but I don't know how much noise of outdoor unit.i purchase first time ac.i listen old ac noise.but I think new inverter ac is less noisy.
@@rajranpara257 make sure they put rubber pads below the feet of the outdoor unit where it sits on the stand and ensure the unit is bolted to the stand. Some inverter acs are noisy when running on full load
@@djnickandre engineer told me no need rubber pads.and Panasonic ac has high speed fan so its noisy as compare to other brand.cooling is very powerful so noise is avoidable.also indoor size is big as compare to other brand.

Warranty card only shows regular warranty. The warranty mentioned on Amazon has the complete warranty as confirmed by Panasonic service team.

Panasonic AC is worst company not buy. I brought ac in last Jan 2022 after one month in out door unit not running I am rise the complainant they told your out door unit have ventilation problem. I asked him your service person install the ac they did not told me. Still the problem is not resolved
