Cheers Purple, oh dear all that flooding I wonder why that’s happening now?. A big thank you for all your years content and commitment it’s been most enjoyable so all the best for the new year Purple.
Happy New year Paul. Thanks for all your support this year. Comments really boost the channel and I thank you for each and every single comment you've left us. Legend
Interesting to see the building work developement and how the landscape changes, good to document it with the drone. I've added your channel, hopefully you'll connect with another drone pilot?👍
Happy new year to you too bud. Thanks for all the support. Oh I have just been talking with Jamie B about Yardley Chase. Ill be in touch as things progress
Happy New Year to you and your family, Purple. Stunning video as always. I do wonder where all the excess water will go when the land has been built on. Seems to me that those houses are likely to suffer from damp, and that the water will accumulate on the roads and pathways, unless the drainage is managed properly. I'd be very wary of buying a house in that area (not that I'm ever likely to return to Welly).
I am surprised that the big supermarkets have no plans to build one here. The town centre is getting very busy now and the roads around Tesco are choked.
Thank you brilliant footage, just moved into Stanton cross, I'm just below Southill farm, it's odd seeing my house in such a huge building site, it's a shame Southill farm has been swallowed up right in the middle of it. Any idea if they are building on Southill farm and beyond?
Welcome Wellingborough. Stanton Cross has been heart breaking to watch develope but at the same time the community that is building up there is awesome. I'm told by the last residents of South Hill farm that they will build all around it, then demolish it for more housing.
With reference to Mill lane (line of Trees) this is a Public Right of Way, which all the developers have blocked which is a Criminal offence S137 Highways Act, they also have built the School over a PRoW UM9 !!!!! Definitive Map at NNC have confirmed this also.🤔

They have put in balancing pond but I have my doubts on them. Happy New year

I think they do. Stanton Island will include a new station front and a commercial area with it.
Happy new year Purps. Absolute shambles the new parks are flooded. Designing from scratch they should have allowed for this? No?
Happy new year Joseph. Yh not good really. All those little trees will die if it stays to wet too.

All the fields we've lost. Where are kids in the future going to go and play? Soulless fenced in playgrounds? Where will they climb trees?
That's why I will protect The Kotch whenever it comes under thret
@@PurpleVision23 Good man! HNY bud ;)

This could be interesting 😜
@@PurpleVision23 have you a email address, I'll send you the info mate?
Since I raised the issue work has now started near to Midland works. Once this is completed they will open it...if not then i'll be back
So having seen both Glenvale and Stanton cross which one is your preference?
Stanton Cross. I wouldn't touch Glenvale park with a barge pole
Thank you Purple
Purple what gives Stanton cross a better option than Glenvale?
