      What is your point? I am trying to understand what you are trying to say but it is hard. You have to communicate clearly. Are you saying that Hausa people don't use cassava flour to make danwake? So onion and lettuce is not salad because tomato is missing? I omitted eggs because I am not an egg lover. If you have never seen or eaten big danwake that means you don't know it all. By the way kuka is baobab not biobab. I can say with all confidence that you did not watch the video in full before commenting. If you had watched it, you would not have left this comment. Are you just critical because my name is not Amina, Zainab, Halima or Hauwa?

      Thanks for changing the entire premise of your comment because if you had watched the video in full you would not have said what you said. But I appreciate the editing.

      @@Wineanddinediva Thanks for the advice but like I said in the video that I made the beans flour and cassava flour by myself. You can check out the links to those videos in the description box if you are interested. Thanks for watching.

    Using moringa powder is a great idea as a kuka substitute. Have you tried kuka soup style miyan kuka but with moringa powder? Will that work or will it be too slimy?

      Moringa is zogale. I have not made miyan kuka with zogale. Thanks for watching.

    What is the essence of adding the potash?

    • @SpicyDeliciousGoodness
      @SpicyDeliciousGoodness  7 месяцев назад +1

      Potash is a traditional ingredient used in making danwake. If you are worried about the safety of potash, you can use baking soda as stated in the video. Like baking soda, potash is a rising agent,' it softens food, increases viscosity in okra and can emulsify oil with water. I hope that answers your question. Thanks for watching.
