      With us you cannot drive a RV with a car license, it's a different vehicle category. To drive a RV you will need to obtain a higher vehicle category license

    Don’t think it’s a millennial problem more of a Krystal problem.

    I mean, IDK about Canadian laws, but Mike would be driving legal speed where I live. The speed limit is the absolute maximum, not a speed you HAVE to drive.

    • @lucasjohansson3205
      @lucasjohansson3205 2 месяца назад +7

      It probably is legal, but driving too slow can also be a hazard

    • @TheSanpletext
      @TheSanpletext 2 месяца назад +4

      @@lucasjohansson3205 yeah, going 50 in 100 zone is quite dangerous, but even heavy trucks are limited to 83/90 km/h here and you are allowed to drive them on highways that have 120km/h limit.

    • @lucasjohansson3205
      @lucasjohansson3205 2 месяца назад +1

      @@TheSanpletext I completely understand you but driving the speed limit makes the traffic flow better and the point of the challenge was to make the drivers understand their speed to drive smoothly in traffic.

    • @poqqery8950
      @poqqery8950 2 месяца назад +2

      Going a little bit below the speed limit is fine, honestly. In the UK, many people drive 65 MPH in a 70 MPH motorway because it gives significant fuel savings, adds only a little journey time and isn't slow enough to be a hazard to other drivers.

    • @TheSanpletext
      @TheSanpletext 2 месяца назад +1

      @@poqqery8950 Exactly. And one example is when we calculated our Vantaa - Kotka -truck route fuel and time savings driving 83km/h vs 90km/h (51 vs 56mph)
      Trucks are legally allowed to go 80km/h in Finland, so they are limited to either 83 or 90. We have truck route going from Vantaa to Kotka, and driving it 90km/h instead of 83 uses 4 liters of diesel more per 100km (22L -> 26L), but saves you 3-5 minutes (it's over 1h drive).

    I wish we had something like this show in Norway, as I know multiple people who needs to learn a few things. anyway, here we do at least have a strict plan to get the license and a theory test, before the actual driving test, aka the final test
    during the training, we drive at small roads, city roads, highway and so on, we're even reversing with the car. the problem starts when people complete their final test, as that's when people start driving and texting, speeding, and so on
    sure, we might risk our drivers license, but after a set time, max 5 years, we're allowed to just do the theory test and the final test to get our license back. I'm pretty sure 6 months is the most typical ban people get
    anyway, I would love to do any challenges like these bad drivers are doing, as it all seems to be pretty easy, tbh, but I drive my manual transmission diesel car a lot, about 3x as much as an average Norwegian car owner, based on statistics by the government

      btw, I recently got the drivers license for MC, and I've experienced a single, angry BMW driver so far, after more than 3000 km. he would be on fault if we crashed, but I avoided it, as I would for sure be hurt if not, while he would get away with minor damages on his front. lane filtering (single lane) in front of red light, and he was crossing roads from my left (aka drivers side for cars)

    I think you overrate the frase "look where you want to go"... if your speed, braking and steering input are correct, then your eyes dont change anything to the car... 34:00 mike's second attempt perfect example, he steered more away from where he looked so doesnt make sense to me

      It works for ordinary driver with ordinary lack of skills. Basically people really drive where they look. When a person gets sense of a car he can drive where he wants without looking. Same thing as driver vision angle. There is something that you used to and something that you are not. That's why they teach things that may help their viewers to make right decision once.
