I was by this church today, and i didnt hear it chime on the quarters. I heard st paul chime though, it sounded nice
The box is like a stage to ring it up on!!
When I went here earlier in the year for a Peal they raised it with two people. They're a great 12 with a lot of character and I enjoy them.
I rang there on Wednesday!

It is crazy that the tenor is heavier than the bourdon bell at St Bartholomew's, Tong, Shropshire!!! Only 2cwt heavier than Tong's great bell!!!

and I thought the tenor box at St Peter's was bad!

That is Leon. It is easier with practice to ring heavy bells.
It is up wrong. they flip the clapper over when it is up.
