I used the medium one as small clutch for evening events or wedding, because it’s hold my iPhone and my essential mini stuffs soo good . I also turned it to cross body bag like you , I bought kit and gold chain strap from amazon to turned the large one and the medium one to cross body bag. 😍😍This is genius and perfect timing because I just ordered my Pochette Kiragami, after not being available for a couple months now. I was going to order the key pouch in either the Damier Ebene or Monogram but the Kiragami is a better deal.
I love that the small has the shorter chain to attach to my future Neverfull MM. LOL! I'm definitely ordering ASAP! I was a like a kid in the candy store watching this video!! 😂

You probably can wrap the chain around the fold like- Chanel WOC purses to make the lengths adjusted
the more weighted the bag, does it affect the edges if the bag which could cause distortion?
blackberry84 From other comments on converting of the LV toiletry bags... I think it could cause damage. Like, maybe only do this every once in a blue moon kind of thing.
I love the idea though for every once in a while option.
