Me: Connor an Assassin came in while the americans were losing and he took a horse jumped over a gate, used the horse as a shield while the redcoats shot then ran to a rock while the redcoats shot again, then Connor ran into a whole armada of redcoats and kicked ass, then saw the redcoat commander and ran over to kill him, jumped and shot an arrow to his chest, then came up to him moved his jacket revealing the commander is an assassin and kills him.

I get the joke, but the Americans did not win bunker hill. The British were actually able to take control. Although the British DID suffer 1,000 casualties to the American's 400.

Assassin's Creed III is not the best AC game out there, but its definitely my favorite. A lot of people misjudge Connor for being cold, boring and un-charismatic. He is like that because of what had happened to him. His village was destroyed and his mother killed in front of him, he was judged in society for being a Native, etc. He was actually very enthusiastic at the beginning of the game, becoming more cold-blooded as he took down the Templars. He is also misjudged because most people think that he just the founding fathers lapdog, because he does what ever they ask him to. His whole mission in the game was to protect his village from the *British* military, and the way he went about it was by siding with the people that opposed the British.
Un-charismatic? Tell that to the joy he felt when his friends finally got engaged! Seriously, that was fun for me to see for some reason

But I liked his personality and him still fighting for the creed even though it seemed pointless at times, but watching this trailer again still gives me chills!

Although I can relate to him, and act heavily like him. (Heavily as in a lot) I can do a lot of the same stuff too. It would be cool if they made a real Creed and taught us how to do this and sending us behind enemy lines and making it possible to give us a better chance of winning a war. If I could and I would I would be Connor Kenway in real life.
I like him because I think he has the best skill out of all the assassins and I love his tomahawk
No blackvikn, Ezio didn't master every single weapon, Connor is the only who can & is trained to fight dual handed with weapons, Connor just prefers his tomahawk, he can actually fight with two swords the same as Edward expect it doesn't show him much when he does use the sword & when he counters against because ubisoft didn't put the kill animations in the game
Connor is actually the biggest in size probably in strength too, his free running is better than Edward too, Ezio has an advantage though because he's smaller and more agile
Not to mention Connor has a vast variety of weapons in his arsenal, & if they are in a forest Connor definitely has an advantage since he knows the forest good

Assassins Creed 3 remains my favorite of the franchise in terms of its historical setting. When I first found out its main focus was on the American Revolutionary War, I was excited to death to see America's involvement in the Assassin Order.
Favorite assassin in ac series definitely Connor Kenway.
***** No, he's not. He's a very good character with ten times the hard ships of any of the other Assassin's. His village was burned, saw his mother burned, shamed by society for being a Native, finding a father figure (Achilles) dead, killing his best friend because he didn't have a choice, being shot three times by cannon balls, and being impaled. By the end of the war everyone turned their backs on him, his wife leaving him with his kids (Templar hand book). Not to mention he's ten times more of a badass. Mastering every weapon from a small knife to a war axe and Musket, can take down an entire fort of trained British soldiers either by stealth or going Rambo, he can kill two people at the same time with his double counter, has a better hidden blade. He's not boring, far from it. HE EVEN CREATED A VILLAGE AND LEARNED HOW TO RUN A CREW AND SHIP IN LIKE THREE MINUETS! Let's not get into his mastery of the bow. He's a master of fighting both in and out of Forests and Cities. He's a master at Tree running. And can run through apartment building and windows with ease. The only reason why people don't like him is because they picked a horrible actor for Connor.

HEARTLESS? Connor was all heart.. his loyalty to his people.. to the ideal of freedom and justice.. that was his DRIVE. His fighting skills were on point.. the storyline had so much depth filled with compassion and sacrifice. "In wartime truth is so precious that she always be attended by a bodyguard of lies" [As famously said by Winston Churchill].. and here we see that from every perspective: the British, the Americans, and the Native Americans. Jesus the entire assassins creed saga is too amazing for words.

This is by far the best assassins creed, just because AC2 revolutionized the future of the franchise does not make it the best game.

Assassin's Creed Brotherhood was my favorite but I loved the concept, combat, and weaponry in 3. Combat was difficult, weapons were creative and deadly, and fighting in the revolution was awesome. Everybody hates Connor cause he's dull but it's a good thing I have always wanted to fight as an ultra serious assassin.
Hmm, i enjoyed ac3 when i played it, but after playing 2 and 4 i think i prefer those. Connor is kinda heartless, he may be serious, but theres no charm, he killed his own friend and dad and was completely ok with it. its also very glitchy and he seems a bit overpowered.

He risked his life to save his people, and build a town and protect everyone in it.
He killed his dad for a lot of good reasons, be was a templar, he sent an attack on his village which killed his mom, and he wanted to kill George Washington.
He's the only assassin who didnt care about himself, he cared about what happend to the people around him.
Pavatic Gaming Haythem didn't attack Connor's Village that was George Washington's men during the Seven Years war which was revealed when Connor and Haythem arrive in George Washington's Camp. He joined the Assassins for the sole reason of revenge on someone who had nothing to do with the initial attack. If anything Connor is more selfish than any of the other playable characters apart from Edward Kenway.

The first attack on his village was caused by Haythems templar group.
Then after that, george washington was going to attack his village, but connor stoped the courier before he could deliver the message to attack.

I honestly think in my opinion that this was very inspirational to me. 1: because the storyline mixed with all the music soundtrack just went so good together that I can get emotional sometimes on how good this game was made. 2: SPOILER ALERT: Don't read if you haven't finished the game; Achilles death, made me nearly cry, and I don't know why but I totally saw it coming but he was such a good charcter, it was the exact right time to let him go, but it just fit in so good I nearly cried. Ubisoft, you have made this series so real and alive I can't even explain.

One my favorite assassin kinda but I want to have an assassin game where ur born into the assassin and ur father is the grandmaster assassin and one day the Templars invaded the castle and someone very important that's in the Templars killed the father and u seek revenge and when u traveled u came across a former assassin and trained by him then u find other refuge assassins that is from other assassin groups like one from Russia,China, basically different assassins from around the world and u fight the Templars to the source of the Templars power like the main leader or something.
So basically another assasins creed 2

I don't understand why people shit on this game so much. I liked alot of it, the improvements, the story, the new characters. Connor was a nice addition to the assassin's repertoire; he contrasted nicely with Ezio and Altair.
AC 4 sucked tho for me. Too much on pirating, ship battles, not much on assassinations and the general idea of assassinating for the order. Edward was boring and flat too.

I miss playing this game. Being a huge American History buff, this no doubt occupied a nice bit of my game playing time and easily takes the cake as my favorite Assassin's Creed title. I only hope this one gets Xbone backwards capabilities very soon.

Isaiah Ahoy I think it's because the game took a big step towards change, and people got angry at the fact that they had to adapt. Although one thing I hated about the game was the lack of freedom it gave you during missions. When it came to getting 100% even Ubisoft acknowledged that they'd not given players the freedom to really choose *how* they wanted to complete the constraints.

(You have to complete all challenges) and all the other outfit's except the DLC outfits, there are 3 dlc outfits. There are 10 in total, I have 7.
I personally found all AC3 constraints pretty easy.
It may have just been me.
Idk.
But I liked ac3 challenges because they were actually challenging.
