Can follow this exactly and enemies don't die and my party gets wiped repeatedly. I don't understand this game.

run away, feed everyone to full hp, back to fight.
First fight are buggy for some reason.

It's very rng heavy... I tried multiple time before I get the same situation as in video
Cause u need to crit thrice to get the middle enemy low
