She has many original songs and covers in her channel. You should listen to the original version of Stellar Stellar. FYI, the guitarist was the composer of this song, Taku Inoue. Hoshimachi Suisei and Taku Inoue formed a music unit called Midnight Grand Orchestra.
Like Kev Parts already mentioned, it's not "animated", all movements are from the artist, including the mouth and eyelid movements. It does take a while at the beginning to get used to it, but then the fans will see her as the "person" Hoshimachi Suisei, when they see her streams and performances.
