I really dug listening to JJ and his insights into music..As a young kid growing up in the NJ/NY area we were fortunate to see Twisted Sister in 81 and 82’..The band never disappoints and we always were in true Rock N Roll Heaven…Thank you JJ and all the Guys in Twisted Sister for filling our hearts with Rock N Roll..
I listened to one of his interviews the first time about 4, 5, years ago and i never, ever, ever, ever, listened to Twisted Sister. I honestly couldn't stand 'em. Still can't. But i LOVE listening to him talk about the pitfalls and the rewards of living life.
Jay Jay is the reason I started playing guitar...and I had the pleasure of meeting him 4 years ago. A true badass and a very personable guy, he talked shop with me and thanked me for being a fan! I am beyond thrilled that I get to attend this event 3 days from now in person. And Steve Vai too????? It's too perfect. My 16 year old self is alive and well! 🤘🤘
Jimmy u forgot one of the most creative guitarists of all time when u were talking about the neo classical guitarists like randy and malsteem. Richie Blackmore.
Lot of respect for the guy and of course still listen to all these bands. But the ego wow, Him and Snider never miss a chance to put the name bigger than it is. His most out there one was when he once to too many said"Maiden was affraid and did not want to go play after us,,,"on some festival.. Im sorry but Maiden can go play after anyone, first it aint a competition and Maiden to Metal is what the Beatles were to Pop Rock
It is wrong for JJ to say a band needs 500 shows to be good, because TS only had about 3 good songs before 1980. It took them a long time to write good songs, and most of their set had covers in the 70s.
I seen TS at the Kingston nh fair grounds in 84! Holy shit! 100° W Ratt, Lita Ford, cheap trick! What a Grest show! Twisted Sister took the show!! But Ratt Through down as well!I still have the news paper clip.they used robbin Crosby for the photo! I'm a true SMF!!

Tame Impala, that guy Kevin is very, very innovative and talented.
I've discovered so many great bands by word of mouth. Check out Asagraum!

I heard 2 of the 3 songs they will perform will be Dream Theater songs
Did anyone say Tony Iommi - if they didn’t, disgraceful…
